What is going on with this place? Everytime I go, the gas pumps are messed up and the property (inside and out) looks like trash. Honestly it should be referred to as an inconvenience store, because there's nothing convenient about going there. Customer service is also horrible. I will be going to QT from now on, where the store, and property are well maintained. If you own this place, you should sell it.

This gas station is terrible. The card readers at the pump either say they don’t work and you have to go inside, or they look like they work but are just broken. They need to invest some money to fix this place up. Otherwise, it should just go out of business. Just awful.

This “gas station” never has working pumps. 40% of them have yellow out of order bags. out of the 60% left, 50% of them the keypads don’t work. I have never got a print out, always out of paper. I wouldn’t be so mad if it was just a few weeks. This has been the entire school year. I am a mother of four, so getting everyone ready for school is already a battle, but I go to the “gas station” close to my house, and play which gas pump will work today? It’s too cold. Also never any salt melt down. You have to spend money to make money. I’ll drive further and get my gas somewhere else!

These have gone way down hill since they were bought from kroger. 1/2 the pumps dont work, never receipt paper in the pumps that do.

I tried to buy Marlboro Smooth Ice… Juliana tried to pick up Marlboro Smooth and I told her it was on the other side of the Marlboro Ice she told me to leave and walked clear away from the counter. I just wanted my damn cigarettes so I walked around to pick up 2 packs of Marlboro Smooth Ice and she started screaming for the manager. Manager came out and started screaming to drop the cigarettes and continued to call her security or whoever would back her up after she literally just dropped a valuable customer for no damn reason other than their cashier couldn’t handle trying to hand me cigarettes I didn’t ask for and I tried to tell her where the correct cigarettes were. I was just stopping on my way to my destination, then I had to go out of my way to get the cigarettes I needed at Casey’s. I will never shop at a Kwikshop ever again because of these ridiculous employees.

Pump had no receipts. Guy inside was busy on his phone and did not even acknowledge me when I came to get a receipt. Also, the car wash was out of foam.

Most UNFRIENDLY place! Clerks are the most Rude individuals. No wonder the place is always vacant - very rarely do you see anyone at this store. Save your time and go elsewhere...

They now put a $100 dollar hold on your card when you pay at the pump not the usual $1. I pumped $25 worth of gas and was shocked to see the 100 dollar hold. Luckily it’s my credit card and not my debit card but there is no signage to say this anywhere at the pump or inside. People with debit cards could be greatly effected by this as it would make other purchase or withdrawals put you into the negative and accrue overdraft fees. I’ll stick to Quik trip.

Go here all the time. Service is ok and it’s a little more pricey then quick trip, but it’s a good place to get snacks.
