Just FYI check the pumps. there may be a skimmer on one if not more. I got gas there this morning and now im getting a lot of alerts on the card i used like phone number to account changed and other identity codes. I have changed everything and blocked card but others may not be so lucky

If you have a sign on the restroom door to get the key from the cashier so you can screen who uses the restroom. And then say the restroom is out out of service. You should be honest and sign the restroom for staff only, and sign the outside door as "no public restroom". Then I'll know for sure that I should not patron your store before I attempt to enter.

I haven't experienced such amazing customer service ever. My mom has dementia and all 3 employees made sure we had everything we needed and then some. Courteous, professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Amazing staff. Was even wished a Happy Valentines Day. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Purchased gas - needed a receipt. As usual with Kiwk Shop, the pump location was not able to print a receipt. Message was to see the cashier. Went inside to ask for a receipt for the pump, and the store clerk was just plain rude as it must be an inconvenience to him to print a receipt. Was low on gas and stopped here. Simply reinforces my intent not to purchase gas at Kwik Shop ever again.

Several times I've been in the store. It's been where it seems like the customers are an inconvenience to the employees/clerks. They don't smile they don't ask if it's all I need they say is that it and give you the total of the purchase. Then some times they ignore customers talking and carrying on conversations with other employees. Rarely do they say hi or welcome. One incident I came to the store and an employee was standing at the register. She had glasses with an ocular device and a huge dip of tobacco in her lip. She didn't say anything at all. I stepped up to the counter and she took a can and spit in the can which strung out of her mouth. It was none the least disgusting. I left my purchase on the counter and left the store and stated that's gross. Several other times I have been there it's 6 or 7 customers in line and only one clerk while other employees are doing things in the store. Basically ignoring the customers. After the major construction and upgrade. The soda machine is out og order and appears to be brand new. There are no hot dogs on the roller grill and the items on the roller grill look disgusting. This is mostly on 2nd shift. When I pulled up for fuel. All the pumps could not process cards. I went in to pre pay and was told i had to pre authorize 50.00 so I did. I told the clerk I needed to fill up. She said it's ok just pump your gas. I left I went back to the pump I pulled up to and I took the nozzle out and it said I had to pre pay. I went back in and was told I needed to pay before pumping by a different clerk. I told him I already pre paid. The other clerk was not at the register. I told him no I already paid. After about 2 minutes talking with him and asking what pump was the 50.00 put on someone had already pumped my fuel and he stated sorry a shelled another customer. I left and disputed the charge with my bank. I've never had employees so rude so unfriendly and treated as to feel Im interrupting their day when i come in. This store has failed and has fallen down hill for months now on friendly employees and basic customer service. Even if the employees are having a bad day they need to fake being nice and friendly. They appear that they don't want to be there and don't care if they are nice or friendly. One time I heard well you don't have to stop in here. You choose to so deal with it. Very very disappointed in how this store has lost the ability to be a friendly place to get fuel snacks ECT... 5 stars??I give this store a NEGATIVE 5 STAR. This store needs to close and reassess the employees being hired. EG AMERICA needs to reexamine their stores and step up o hire quality friendly employees. Ensure that New machines are working. Food on the roller grill is sellable. Items for sale in the store are stocked. I will not go to this store unless it's an absolute necessity. Very disgusting feeling when ever I go in and it should not be allowed by employees and management to have the store look like it been picked over and not restocked. Immediate attention should be taken to ensure the roller grill is fresh also. Poor management poor customer service and lack of providing products to sell and pump not working.

They’re not 24 hrs. They’re always closed by 11pm or midnight. Great store and staff but the open hours are misleading.

I always go to this Kwik Shop as it is near my home and on my route to work. I've rarely had a bad experience, sometimes it's busy and people can be annoyed but the staff is almost always polite. Sometimes they're more than polite and that has been my experience with Kyla, a clerk who is often working whether I'm there at 7am or sometimes 4pm. She always reminds about the Kwik Shop Smartpay app, and I always forget, but she's persistent.If more people treated their job like Shyla and her coworker Keyann I think our society would be a bit more tolerable right now. People who, despite the all to common negativity directed towards workers in the service industry, greet their customers with a smile and friendly words are in ever increasing short supply. So when I encounter them I feel it necessary to praise them. Thank you Shyla and also Keyann for being a bright spot in my mornings.

If I had the option of writing zero I would I walked into this kwikshop late one night last week and continue to the counter where I found a marijuana blunt on the counter so I let the lady at the counter know she had marijuana on her counter she didn't jumped over the counter and attacked me and kicked me out of the store keeping me from my purse which had my phone and my wallet inside. She then had some guy from the inside come out of the store and get his vehicle and then chased me off the premises until I literally just had to give up my stuff and walk away with no purse no keys no wallet no nothing. I have no idea how this is even legal or what I can do about this situation but something needs to be done immediately because I'm sitting here with absolutely nothing to say who I am or who I'm not I have no money no phone all because of some ladies crazed attack. Mommy I need answers immediately on this incident.

I often find that my reviews for filling stations are low stars because everyone is competing against quiktrip, which is the cream of the crop. And so in comparison, I avoid this gas station

I went in late one night, and being handicapped I needed help pumping gas and getting a few items. Michella did my shopping and pumped my gas while I waited. She was very helpful and friendly, not only to me but everyone else that came up in. The store was clean and organized, and she was obviously a customer favorite. I will visit this store again!

I've been to this kwik shop many times for the past I don't know how many years I actually would say I probably live closer to the one on Kellogg and Oliver .Regardless my most favorite part about the Douglas quick shop is that beautiful blonde cashier not just because she's blonde haired and blue eyes.She makes every trip a memorable experience not just for me but for a lot of customers .I'll choose Douglas quick shop over any other location thank you Michelle for being the best cashier with the greatest customer service that I've came across in many many years.Keep up the great job and that positive personality. ?????

Wanted to stop and take the time to show my appreciation for Michella who works at the Douglas and Hillside Kwik Shop. This young lady is always a bright spot when I drop in and works tirelessly to maintain the cleanliness and dignity of the store. Michella never hesitates to assist a customer, no matter the need. She always presents with a positive attitude, even when met with adversity. Michella goes above and beyond, many times working her shifts alone or with little assistance, but still accomplishing all of her assigned tasks and more. Michella is an outstanding multitasker that has built solid rapports and relationships with repeat customers and can even tell you what many people are coming in for, before they reach the counter. Her time and care for her work is exceptional. Michella is very welcoming and makes our neighborhood convenience store one of warmth and dependability. Thank you Michella.
