To start, I called and said “hey, I’m just calling to verify you’re open”. He said “Yeah”, and hung up. Ok cool, he’s busy, no biggie. I buy my Kratom in bulk, both for price, and for convenience. I told him about by back injury, and that I started using Kratom to get off of the pain killers. He said I got you. Got home, opened the bag, and it smelled sweet. Not a great start. I took my usual amount, which tasted sweet, and after an hour, had no relief. So I took another smaller dose. Nothing. A few hours later, I took double the dose, and still nothing. I’m pretty confident, based on the taste and smell, it’s mostly chamomile tea ground up. Its too bad, considering how convenient the location is, and I prefer to shop small, local businesses.Ordered from the same reputable place online, and wouldn’t you know it, the normal dose does the trick.

I am so sick of there being stems and leaves in the kratom powder. no one ever says anything about it so you don't know until you get a mouth full of the crap. what if someone chokes on a stem or it gets stuck in your lungs?? There could be a lawsuit. yelp requires you to give at least one star but kratom city doesn't even deserve that. I've been a customer for a few years now and this makes me want to stop money here. Do better!

I tried some tea for anxiety and it was delicious! I love the welcoming atmosphere from the owner. It's always nice to have a good product and great customer service. I'll definitely be back for more.

I haven’t bought from this guy since I’ve moved back this summer (used to buy from him several years ago) and I see he actually has a place of business now but also still comes to you?I wanna try him out sometime but I remember how awkward it was buying from him several years ago and how you’d met him, jump in his car and made it seem like a legitimate drug deal just by the atmosphere. If I can come into a shop and purchase stuff over the counter it might be different. Also from the way everything is on his site it looks like you can only pay with cash? No card? Don’t know if I’m missing something but that’s definitely gonna be a deal breaker if I can’t simply play with my card at a business. I guess I’ll just keep ordering my kratom straight from the vendors but woulda been a nice back up/in case of an emergency source to have.

The guy that runs this place is very knowledgeable and helpful! I came in ready to get off methadone completely without harsh withdrawal and cravings I wanna live better! And he explained everything to me and hooked me up with exactly what I needed! He even let me try the tea which was delicious, and by the time I left I already felt better! 10/10 recommend! And I will be back!
