Good prices on Kratom, has a decent selection of glass, new products regularly, and friendly service. I only take one star away because they turn their open sign off a hour before their actual closing time.

I seriously wish I could give 6 stars because WOW. I've never been to a shop that has been so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Aidreeyawna specifically, is amazing. She is always ready to help and can answer just about any question about the stores product. She's probably the sweetest person I know and the store sure is lucky to have her on board.

They don’t stand behind their products. I bought three batteries there that don’t work I was there just prior and they both looked at me like they don’t know who I was when I know damn good and well they do and they just don’t want to stand behind their products.

KRATOM FOCUSED REVIEW: Seems to have most strands and seems to be legit store better than gas station overpriced suppliers for Kratom. They Use gloves to handle product. You can buy small amounts too to experiment with what works on your body chemistry like a bag of 4 capsules to experiment. I always get white borneo but others like white elephant. Well that one doesn't work on me so much. So small samples if you want to figure it out. Look up kratom chart lists on Google images and visit website link. I'd use the one with the 1-5 dot chart. My main focus is anxiety, mood, energy and sedation (for red strands) to see what works for you. Red Dragon did well for me to sleep but there are other strands you like better. Don't buy powder unless you can handle awful awful tastes. Even as a paste or mixing with tea it's so hard to get the entirety of the powder residue and swallowing it is more aboutmind over matter. Then it's a matter of using a pre measuring scoop or a scale or measuring device to dose it. If you can handle it then buy the powder and save some costs over capsules otherwise the capsules are such a low concern in comparison to extra cost. Ask to get a store account. No cards or marketing in your personal email/phone accounts. Don't worry about emails or phone calls. You get discounts and money back after you have purchased a certain amount over time. It feels more knowledgeable and safe going to the 2 stores in Wichita.

This place is awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth staff. Damon and Lamaj were incredibly helpful in assisting me find exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 recommend! And just when I thought their customer service couldn't go above and beyond, as I was leaving, my car was having some starting issues in the parking lot and shortly after Lamaj came out and offered help and even went as far as going to quick trip for cables to help jump my car. Faith in humanity restored! I hope the owners/managers know how awesome their staff are :)

I have been supporting this business and its 3 locations for 4 years now. I have NEVER had any issues until today. I tried to call in my order for my husband to pick up and was asked to hold. Ok no biggie 20 minutes later NO one came back to ask how I was or apologize for the long hold time. I know the owners would not want their business ran like that I am completely disappointed in this because of any place I go I choose these shops and this is making me have second thoughts now. I get it is hard to find help but an acknowledgement about my long hold would have went a long way with me.
