Nadia that works the Amazon return/ customer service has a constant attitude anytime. I've had to deal with her or see her interact with customers in front of me. Sorry you are working low staffed or are actually having to work, but the attitude is unnecessary.

The only thing I found that you need to improve on is more people to check out people. There were only two registers checking out. The line was long and had to wait in line for awhile.
