Bought a pair of shoes for Christmas, the shoes had some wear on them. Placed an order online thinking they were going to come from a warehouse, sure enough I was resold the same pair of shoes that I had returned in store. These shoes should be removed from being sold to anyone. Or clean them up and sale them. Original price when I bought them was $100 plus taxes. They rolled them back to $79.99 plus taxes. Will never buy from here again. Apparently when I had gone for my first return, 3 customers had returned shoes for the same reason. The lady had the nerve to tell me that the shoes are made this way. The shoe on display looks nothing like the ones that were sold to me twice.

Best service EVER!!!! Love the employees and they do their best making sure that their customers are well taken care of!! 10/10 Do recommend. My helper malia I think her name was, was a great hand.

Horrible customer service!!! Nobody greeted us when we walked in, all 3 employees were too busy talking to each other & they seemed annoyed when I asked them to get a specific size for my kids.

I had to interrupt 2 “employees” that were chitchatting to ask them if they could help us. One of them seemed very annoyed that we were asking her to find a shoe size for my daughter. She was very rude.
