Straight scam artist. Got a call saying rates were going up because of something with the government but when I got off the phone and looked into it they were completely lying. All to make an extra $30. Definitely will be getting different car and home insurance

I would not do business with this agency. They never answer the phone and I always have to leave a message. They don’t automatically cancel your policy after a claim where they total out your vehicle and take possession of it. I just canceled my policy for my other vehicle and switched to a new insurance company three days ago, but three days later, it’s still showing active on the app and they emailed me a bill this morning that’s more than my regular policy. They’ve also compromised my personal information on two occasions. Next steps will be contacting the BBB and an attorney.

Been doing business for years with all state. I was lied to over a year ago on a claim. Local agent did help me over issues. I was advised it was taken care of by them and allstate claim department. Over a year later allstate took back what they said pursue to after my wife and I for money. Been with them 8 plus years with Auto and home insurance. Sad to start parting ways with them after a long history.

Long time Allstate customer - nearly 15 years. Various agents across the country. Great for personal. They were great to work with after a hail storm.Rating isn't higher because challenging getting business quotes - had to chase them and still no feedback from them. Several weeks ago spoke to a person in the local office to get some ROMs never got a call back. As recently as last week provided detailed information for business needs and told "sent to corporate" Now almost a week later and still not even a follow up. Seems like Allstate doesn't value their business clients or potential clients.
