We received Christmas gifts that ended up being the wrong size. Went back in to exchange/return items, and the associate put it back on the card that was used to purchase them. I was astonished! I said but that’s NOT MY card, those were GIFTS. The associate then told me there was nothing else that could be done. That was the only option. I was in disbelief. Crazy! Guess I should have been persistent and asked for a manager. So then I had to tell my son. Needless, I guess my husband and I will be picking out something else. And I will be looking at a different stores first, making them the very last resort.

Excellent selection of apparel and novelties for local college and pro sports teams. Fair amount of products for some regional teams. Also some good state of Kansas clothing and goodies including BBQ sauces/rubs and other munchies. Store is well organized and clean. Staff was friendly. Prices are pretty much what you would expect for licensed sports goods.

The store is big and they have tons of Kansas sports memorabilia. Fun to browse. However, sales clerks are hard to come by. If you are looking for big men and women's sizes here, you won't find any past size 3x, and what they have is not even worth going for.

Believe Macy was the little clerk who expedited my pick up order in store for a medium When I placed order it stated pick up time was 1:20. Arriving about 2pm, found the order not ready yet and asked if I could swap out for a small. We were waiting on the computer system to process the order, macy assisted me with my phone to receive the email and finally it arrived. Macy kept apologizing but I appreciated her assistance to process a straight across exchange.

I hidden Gem off 29th and Rockroad right across the street from Walmart and behind Chipotles. If you like sports and like to wear sport gear to support your team, this is the store. They have a super large selection. KANSAS SAMPLER needs a bigger sign. My brother who lives in Las Vegas some how knew about this store and he took me to it. I live in Wichita and never knew it existed.LOVE THIS STORE. I bought a KC SHIRTS-EARRINGS and also a matching stadium bag. Thank you, can’t wait for the game.

Cool stuff for fans. They have some larger sizes in the back and sometimes in other items as well so that’s helpful! All sports stores should carry large sizes even in small quantities since people in sports like basketball and football can be huge! Appreciate this store for that. Their signs for the yard are nice too. A great store for getting gifts of all kinds for sports fans

Massive selection of any kind of Kansas gear that you could want. The store is gigantic, and they have everything from Wichita, any Kansas university, and even out of state colleges.They were lacking a little bit in the smaller women's KU sizes, and I found a few men's sweatshirts that I liked, but couldn't find a small or extra-small size. I didn't check out any other section but the KU section, but that took up almost 1/4 of the store. They also didn't have a vast selection of KU hats. However, I did check the website and you could easily order and/or find what you are looking for.We weren't bothered by staff and spent ample time meandering the store looking through the selection. I ended up with a men's small sweatshirt and t-shirt, while my boyfriend found both a WSU and Kansas sweatshirt that he liked.It's definitely a great place to find any souvenir from Kansas that you might be searching for.
