Outstanding service hands down... Took our Chrysler Pacifica in to have a parking lot swipe repaired and while the heat kept the paint from being applied, meaning the car had taken a little longer to complete than anticipated, we took advantage of the free loaner car and couldn't care less because we knew it was in good hands!
We received our car today with an awesome repair and Kammerer had TOTALLY DETAILED the inside of the car. My wife was over the moon when she picked it up. Don't get me we wrong, a detail job is no big deal... Unless you drive a minivan and have a 7 and 4 year-old who have no boundaries for eating and drinking in the car.
Just can't say enough good things about the company - top-notch all around. Thank you SO, SO MUCH!

I took my vehicle in to Kammerer Auto Body and Paint for repair on my vehicle. The team in the office were so kind and truly guided me through the process. They kept me up to date every step of the way and had it ready on time. I would send every friend or family member there and will return if I need them!

This body shop has the worst customer service ever. The lady at the front desk was so disinterested with my concerns and looked miserable being there. Honey, If you don't like your job you can easily leave, which would actually help the shop earn more business. The staff was also incredibly unhelpful. I felt completely ignored and disrespected by the guy who I talked to. Would never recommend this place to anyone ever.

Worst body shop experience ever. No contact from the shop during the duration of the repairs, and they did not follow through on the original estimate, cutting corners while all along blaming the delays on my insurance company. Called three times to get a windshield replaced. The glass person was never in. I left a message each time no one ever called back. When I called and explained to Julie that I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a windshield, she told me maybe I should go somewhere else since they won’t call me back. Sent email to Dan no response. They used to be much more responsive

JUST DONT! Took my car here after my wreck. when I went to go clean my car out it was ransacked. multiple things were taken, even things that cant be replaced like my passed grandmothers ring. when i went in and told them they said it was locked so someone must have broke in and that they don't have cameras. there was no signs of it being broken into and a camera on the side of the building..... 0/10

We do not recommend this place at all. Be warned if you chose to go here. If we ever need a body shop again, we will go anywhere else. Jeff was the guy who handled this estimate & repair job, and we are extremely disappointed. We took our truck in on 3/28/22, not only did we explain to Jeff before we agreed to hire this shop that this is our work truck but that there are no options at rental companies for a comparable ride and we needed him to uphold the deadline he presented of 4/8 to return our truck. We chose this place as one person said they had a positive experience (turns out they had a very simple / minor repair). The other reason was pricing; but after all the additional billing he did without our knowledge / consent he exceeded all the other shops estimates. We had to move jobs for our clients around and the only saving grace we had was being able to rent a uhaul pickup truck that we were allowed to tow with. While it is understandable that more damage was found once the truck was gotten into; we were not called to notify us. We actually found out when we saw multiple payments were sent to him from our insurance. Then when he missed the deadline on 4/8, again we were not called, when we called on Monday 4/11 he said he forgot to call us last week and that their vendor shipped them damage parts. First he wouldn't give us an estimate on a new date we could have our truck back. He finally said by 4/15, but of course that didn't happen. It took multiple calls from us today to gain back our truck. Mind you this entire time he had no issue billing our insurance for more money but never felt the need to speak to us. This is not how you gain repeat business.

Brought my car here to be fixed after an accident and they got me in for a quote fast, and only had my car for a day! Looks brand new! Excellent service. Also shout out to Jeff for helping me!

Update:kammerer contacted me and informed that it was actually the insurance company who is not doing there part.Been waiting on my car for over 5 weeks. Not sure as to what is keeping them since they have an issue with communication as well. I had to call up there to for an update.

I just received a call from the owner at Kammerer from the owner due to issues and experiences and he explained process and issues he had with my vehicles. He assured me that the problems will be corrected and addressed so I will take him at his word and upgraded my stars due to him calling me personally. Once I have my issues corrected I will come back in and rate them again.Service: Body & Trim
