Joyce is so professional and amazing with dogs! She really knows what to do. I would really recommend her. MY dog Luna is very wild and crazy... JOICE KNEW WHAT TO DO! she also gave me some dog care advice. That was the first time a dog groomer could handle Luna! I have been going ever since. She is very easy to talk to and she is a 1,000,000\10 I would really recommend her.???

I had a great experience at Joyces Neighborhood Pet. My dog can be quite difficult, but Joyce would talk to my pet and make him feel at ease. Her grooming is a professional level, no long hairs left scissored to the "T". I found that she had a very sweet and kind personality! We will be going back, my dog loves her and her no stress grooming shop. Wonderful experience.

***Update: 6/24/2021: If you own a business you DEPEND on people not wanting to do things themselves and enjoying using the convenient service you provide. I chose to tell her what breed my baby boy is, as clearly by her response, some people have issues. Personally, I believe you're missing out on an amazing breed, but to each their own. I was merely pointing out how unprofessional the response was. I would believe, though, if an employee spoke or treated a customer with as much disrespect and lack of common courtesy as the owner has, that employee would have been reprimanded.Because of Covid my vet is not grooming or trimming nails right now. I started emailing and have pretty well received the same response that everyone is closed. What bothered me with Joyce was her email response had not subject (easily could have mistaken it for spam), and it simply said "not open, dont do pit bulls". While I hope she didn't have a bad experience with this breed, but also wish she would have been professional, even if it is personal choice. The Staffordshire Terrier (which he IS registered as, since he was adopted from the Humane Society at 9 weeks old and is now 10 years old) "pit bull" owner in me wants to rip her for, it is MOSTLY her unprofessionalism.

My mom has had trouble getting a groomer to bathe her dog. They took her without hesitation and did a great job. Highly recommended!

Joyce told me she had not groomed a wire fox terrier in a long time, but she did her homework! Our boy Scottie looks wonderful. She has a way with dogs.

Because of Covid my vet is not grooming or trimming nails right now. I started emailing and have pretty well received the same response that everyone is closed. What bothered me with Joyce was her email response had not subject (easily could have mistaken it for spam), and it simply said "not open, dont do pit bulls". While I hope she didn't have a bad experience with this breed, but also wish she would have been professional, even if it is personal choice. The Staffordshire Terrier (which he IS registered as, since he was adopted from the Humane Society at 9 weeks old and is now 10 years old) "pit bull" owner in me wants to rip her for, it is MOSTLY her unprofessionalism.
