Haha ? I have been an Allstate customer for quite some time. About a year ago my auto/motorcycle policies renewed there was a mix up with my auto-pay because I had gotten a new debit card, I caught it the day after they were to be drawn out and got it fixed. Fast forward to the next renewal and my auto/ motorcycle policies went up $75/$30, called them to find out why and they told me that it was because I hadn't had continuous onetime payments in the past billing cycle. I think that insurance is a scam anyway, but we have to have it and for allstate to do something like this to a long time customer who corrected the problem within 24 hours is EXTREMELY POOR business!
EDIT: I do have to say that Jon Emmit has been very helpful and a stand up guy . He has always been very helpful and quick to respond to me, that being said he reached out to me soon after my original review unaware of what was going on and made sure that it got corrected quickly and I was reimbursed. THANK YOU JON EMMITT!

I have to say I was really surprised when I switched to Allstate I saved money over the well known supposedly bargain insurance company. They also were really helpful to me when I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. They made sure the other insurance company made things right. My only setback was I didn't know I was going to be as injured as I have been from that experience.

So far so good. Had a few hiccups, probably my fault, moved all 3 vehicles, 2 houses..one paid off, one still in escrow.. to allstate. Jon was very helpful. Always answered my calls and questions!
