The service and communication here is TERRIBLE!!!! I had an appointment on 1/16/2023 at 1:00 pm to have a device installed. TWO WEEKS later I still didn’t have my car back. When I could get them to answer the phone they kept saying the unit was bad and they had to order a new one. Then when I finally said forget it I’ll come get my car and take it somewhere else, then they told me for “some reason “ it wouldn’t start. Ended up having my car TOWED to a different shop on 1/31/2023, just to get it running again. It ran fine when I took it into John’s. Now when I call the number it’s out of service and we have driven by there several times and no one is ever there!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

A teenage female took her car there because they were supposed to be friends of the family- the vehicle had a starting issue and she was told it needed a starter and was charged almost $400 . One week later it wouldn’t start again and I was asked to diagnose it, take note I am a retired mechanic of over 30 years and have experience with European, Domestics and Imports . This is what I found ; the battery checked good, cables all passed load test - it had a bad starter. I informed the young lady that she needed a starter, it hadn’t been replaced and that she needed to get a refund for the starter itself and labor. She they told her when she asked that it wasn’t their problem because “the starter was new” trust me it wasn’t s anything but new. These people are literally taking advantage of a teenage girl! This is absurd, I have even drove to the shop today to show them the starter, though I had already provided pictures- but when I arrived the shop was closed with no lights on and no notifications of a return time by the proprietor of said establishment. I have pictures of the starter as I held it in front of his window. At the time of this post nothing has been resolved.

The experience at this place is horrible. I suggest that you do not take your vehicle into this Auto shop. I would go into detail but I have filed a suite against the company for faulty repairs and loss of contracts and wages.

Never had any issues with my vehicle before taking it here. I took in my car in for a simple tune up, oil change, and brake job and left with a bad alternator.

Honest service here! You don't have to worry about being a woman and being taken advantage of. The prices are reasonable and affordable. An amazing place to bring you vehicle and get it fixed without the stress.
