I paid $155 for a detail and it was the worst detail I’ve ever paid for. They didn’t clean under the floor mats or the department in trunk space. When I went to pick the car up they had all the doors open there was already dust on the dash. The seats were barely wiped down and whatever product they used inside was spilt all down the sides of the car on the outside.

Paid $100 to have exterior wash & wax. I think I could have had it done better at a coin operated place. Actually, I think that is how they cleaned and waxed my car. I won't go back

I spent 25.00 for a car wash I could have done for much, much less at other car washes. The wash was by far below standard and expectation. They spent a few minutes for 25.00. No wonder hardly anyone was there. Ugh! Will never return.

DO NOT come here! I felt like i was in a horror film with all the crackhead employees around. This one guy was wiping dirty tires then cleaning leather seat with the same rag. If you want junkies to clean and scratch your paint while you look for vacation destination inside the carwash then give it a shot

I would give 0 star . Paid over $400 dollars and received the wrong color of seat cover, after picking black, i got light gray. Rather than trying to make it right, all I got was a beligerant arguement. NEVER AGAIN for these people.

I paid good money for a "VIP" wash and wipe down and dressing on the inside. Door wells were not wiped, sloppy vacuum job, floor mats were still dirty... "Management" does nothing. They vacuumed my car because the people that work there have somewhat of a conscience. Formats are extra? You gotta be kidding me! I wish someone would open a descent carwash with wipe down here in the "city". Totally unacceptable.

Took my car to Joes 6.12.20. Bought the VIP package wash package. Complete waste of $$$. Poor job rendered, no wax, no polish baaaad vac job and windows worse than when I went in. Complete failure to provide what I paid for. Contacted management and got the brush off. Own five vehicles and an RV....Never again will I use this place. and no one cares.

Agree.. STAY AWAY... bordering on scam. I wish I had read and paid better attention to the reviews before giving them my money. I'm speaking of the full service side of things, not the automated wash/dry.Took a vehicle in for a hand polish, wash and wax, complete exterior detail that was to include some mild correction. Paid well over $100 for the services. Honestly I truly believe they just ran it through the automated wash and sprayed cheap turtle wax, at best. Lots of bugs, bird droppings still on the car, they tried to argue that it was all "paint imperfections", I've never seen "imperfections" I could scrape off with a fingernail. Mud and dirt were still in the wheels, could have gotten a better job at the self serve car wash with the "spray wax" for $8. If I had paid $15 or $20 I wouldnt complain, but this "service" was way over $100.Save you money, save the headache, find a REAL detailed or better yet, do it yourself, I promise it will still be better than this place.

The best customer service! I always get professional and great help when I visit Joe's. I've NEVER had a bad experience when I've visited. I also love that they are centrally located for added convenience. I recommend Joe's above all other car washes in town - you won't be disappointed!

I've taken my car here 3 times and EVERYTIME it's been bad. This time was the worst experience I've ever had. First time, I had taken my mother for a ride and needed my vehicle cleaned. I asked for the VIP, and got my ticket and walked in. A customer had seen an employee get my garage door opener out of an enclosed area and try to take it before being approached. The employee dropped it on the ground and tried to make excuses to the other customer. The customer came in with the garage door opener and asked who had this type of opener, my mother looked at me and told me that looked like my opener, which I immediately went to my car to confirm it was, in fact mine. This happened in April. In May, I had gone there again for the VIP car wash and my mother and I walked into the building after making sure NOTHING was left in my vehicle. My mother and I waited and we were watching as my vehicle was being cleaned on the north side of the building. It seemed as if they were getting the inside cleaned, but when we went into my vehicle, the tire shine wasn't done and the windows were not cleaned at all, nor was the dash wiped down. My mother needed to go back to her apartment and she immediately called Joe's. That conversation was a joke, as they made one excuse after another. Then today, my parents and I took our vehicles there. My vehicle went in first. Then a few minutes later my parents vehicle came out. My vehicle was parked on the furthest northern line and sat. My parents vehicle was put to the closest to the building. We watched how disorganized they were cleaning the cars. My parents got their vehicle first. I was getting angry sitting and waiting while my vehicle sat with NO ONE even attempting to touch it. I sat there for about 10 minutes before getting really upset because vehicles that were there long after my parents and I came in left. I had to loudly tell people how this is the 3rd muffed up job on my vehicle and because it sat literally unattended it could have posed a huge liability for this company to have any vehicle sitting to be stolen. I had waited nearly 20 minutes after my parents left before the cashier went out and told someone get get busy on my vehicle. One male employee grabbed the hatch to my vehicle and literally threw it up and after he was done, he slammed the hatch down, which could have caused damage to the electronic lifts. We have told these employees numerous times and have shown them how to close the hatch without damaging my newer vehicle. The cashier made excuse after excuse about not having enough people covering. No excuse not to apologize and compensate for an epic screw up. I will refuse to take my vehicle back there. Joe's...........YOU SUCK!!!!!

STAY AWAY! They ripped my muffler off and stood around blaming me. They said I should of known my car was to low. They are suppose to be the professionals, right? Why didn't they know? They still made me pay full price, would do nothing to remedy the situation. It cost me $60 to get it reattached. Then I got home and was hoping to be blown away by the engine bay cleaning. NOPE! They used a pressure washer turned up so high it stripped the paint off my once beautiful fuel rail covers. You couldn't pay me to take my car back!
