I've been washing my car at Joe's for almost 30 years and always a great value for the money! It's locally owned and operated business (unlike their competitors), which should be important to everyone in Wichita. The process is brushless unlike other car washes in town, so the wash doesn't damage/scratch your paint. Not sure what personal axes some of these other reviewers are trying to grind but on the rare occasion I've found a spot that needed extra attention, all I've had to do was ask and it's taken care of immediately. As for getting my car detailed, there's nowhere in town that comes close to the value and quality of Joe's. They will have your car looking as close to new as possible. A+ work and value for the money!

If I could put zero down I would. I took my car there to be detailed and it came back in worse condition than it came. They cleaned nothing just pretend like they did. Stay far away from this business. All the bad reviews speak for itself......

I wanted to support local but was disappointed with the interior clean I added to the car wash. No surfaces actually cleaned, and not even a good job of dusting the dash and console screen.

They were friendly, fast, and the prices are very reasonable in comparison to other car washes, especially with there weekly specials. Definitely worth the trip!

Tuesday is half price day on most washes. I go for the VIP which is a complete wash and wax plus vacuum, outside and inside windows cleaning.
It comes down to a mini outside detail. Have been going there for years.
If you get one of their punch cards on each visit your tenth visit is free

I purchased the VIP package which normally runs $32. Today was 1/2 off otherwise I’d be really upset. They vacuumed the inside and cleaned windows really well. They “dusted” the dash and that was all. They do not clean cup holder area nor console area. There still was a lot of dust on radio and speedometer area.
Won’t go back. I even asked “do you not clean the cup holders”. Guy said no. So all they did on the VIP was wipe my dash, clean windows, and vacuuming. Not worth the money for sure. Maybe worth $17 which is 1/2 off.
Not sure what the difference is between the VIP package and the $23 package but not worth full price for sure.

I sold my Honda Pilot to my sister and needed to get all the Great Pyrenees floof out of the back seat. Joe's did a very thorough job and she was very satisfied.

Was disappointed with the quality of work. Purchased $20 package, understandably not a detailing job, outside wash and dry, interior vacuumed, clean windshield inside and out, wipe down dash. Without inspecting I could still see small bits of trash on the floor under the seats while standing up outside of the truck(I was not on hands and knees trying to find fault), the dash had been wiped but still had dust on it as did the radio, but the windshield was well done, so outside wash and windshield cleaning was good. The waiting room played a syndicated Christian channel that was pretty hard not to notice due to the volume of it. I'm sure a certain amount of customers would enjoy this, I do not. If you choose to go here, and do not enjoy Christian radio, I suggest earbuds for your waiting time. BTW, the service was done quickly, so I was pleased that I didn't have to wait bro long, though the musical choice of MGMT made it seem longer.

I had an Engine detailing with them. I paid $40. After the job was done, I asked them why some spots were missing. They said they don't wipe anything, they only spray water. Would you pay $40 for someone to spend 10 minutes to only spray water? Even so, they missed spots spraying water. They didn't even try to dry the engine. Save your money, you can do an engine detailing yourself better than these professionals. Their service is worth at most $15. Sometimes you get what you pay for, but other times you don't get what you pay for.
