Viviane is a life saver. I had a really big issue with another state farm branch in MO while moving back to Wichita. She fought for 2 months just to fix it for me. Check on the status of my issue daily. She's super quick to any needs I have. Everyone needs a Viviane in their life lol

I constantly get stuff in the mail from you wanting me to do an insurance review. Time to check out your premium adjustment..
I called your office 13 days ago.
To find out why you've raised my rate every three months.
I asked her to figure out an adjustment, whatever it took, and call me the following week.
I've got no answer.
I've never even been allowed to speak to ""Jody""..

I recently switched over to State Farm and Marcia Weir is who helped me. She was so kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she took her time to explain what my policy numbers actually meant to me. No body has ever done that before. She was also quick and very efficient. I filled out a quote last night, and by this morning I was done with the whole process! Marcia worked to find me extra discounts I was eligible for to save me even more money. She was easy to get in contact with through email and by phone. I am really glad I had her to help with my insurance and make it smooth sailing. I definitely recommend her!

Marcia Weir is amazing..I was having trouble with AAA and their rates. she was patient, ran through all my options, got my rate down to half of what I was being charged ( home and auto) I can't say enough about the staff and the communication I received. Friendly, helpful and she went out of her way to help.
