Sad that this store is closing. However, I find the sale signage is deceptive and misleading. In the same isle there were two separate signs describing the percentage off icing and frosting one said 20% the other 30% off...when I got to the register and asked, she said the discrepancy was because they were "different brands"...but the signage didn't indicate that...the store was a mess...I didn't see ANYTHING that was 50% off, that was advertised.

I can see why Joanns would be choosing to close this specific location down. Not only is the store a mess even years after other people complained about it, understaffed and the staff they do have is lazy. The attitude of staff is just terrible, unfriendly, rude, uses inappropriate tones, talking down, unhelpful and cuts your fabric wrong or messy when theyre annoyed. This particular trip The Joanns worker's name was Leann, and she did not disappoint When it came to being treated poorly and wrong, cut the fabric messily and aggressively, made it all messed up. She Gets upset when you ask for help or questions about the sales or the store in general. Huffs and puffs, does not act like she wants to be there Whatsoever And you are just a major inconvenience for her. She randomly closed the cut counter for the rest of the night and the only way of knowing that was when we walked up to the counter to see the sign. Just all around a bad experience. I'd like to give negative stars. Obviously sounds like they need to start over with staff completely if they open again even if its at a different location.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. Years ago when they had a location on Oliver I thought it was just the old building but it is clearly management because they have made their beautiful new building just as bad over the years. I don't think I've ever been in a store so dirty and disgusting. Thick dirt on top of everything, including in the bathroom. Pieces of trash and paper everywhere. Even a dirty teeth flosser in one of the aisles. Bolts of fabric hanging on the filthy floor. Boxes and other miscellaneous all over the store, making it difficult to even get a cart around at places. And another thing, do they have any dress code?? The lady that cut my fabric had jeans on with the hems mostly tore off and dragging on the floor behind her. Shelves were very very understocked. All in all, a very bad experience.

Place looks like a bulldozer has ran back and forth through it.
This location should close it's doors!!
Manager is rude, can't find anything items are just everywhere, the store is filthy🤷♂️

My wife liked the store but wouldn't wait for the check out line. I thought the place was a mess from the shoppers making a mess.

Only if I need something I can't wait to be sent online. Store has tons of empty pegs. Had to wait a while for the golden paint to be unlocked.

The store has gone completely down hill it's super messy and bathrooms aren't cleaned or stocked and they didnt have a good variety of products either, the girl that cut our fabric was nice tho

They are not carrying military themed fabric anymore. Plus, a lot of the basic cotton fabric cost has been marked up significantly, making sale prices not able to even bring it down to the price they were a year ago.

I love that you can use more than one coupon per visit. I buy sale items mostly, and I can still usually use a coupon at check out.

Was looking for an item that I couldn't find, she found it easily. The cashier then asked if I had a coupon and helped me better locate coupons on the site. Both were knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Best experience I've had at Joann's so far!

Looked like a tornado went through the store on Rock, such a mess it nearly gave me anxiety, it was so messy I didn't even bother to look for what I wanted beyond a cursory glance because there was no guarantee I wouldn't simply miss it and waste my time. Sad that there is a similar review on the messy state of the store 3 months ago, which means this isn't because of a crazy circumstance like having an entire elementary school come in and knock everything off the shelves this morning. If this was a bargain basement priced store I might have taken the time to look, but not a full price top-dollar store. Quite a shame.

The employees are always very helpful. It's one of my favorite places to shop
