I love that you can use more than one coupon per visit. I buy sale items mostly, and I can still usually use a coupon at check out.

Was looking for an item that I couldn't find, she found it easily. The cashier then asked if I had a coupon and helped me better locate coupons on the site. Both were knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Best experience I've had at Joann's so far!

Looked like a tornado went through the store on Rock, such a mess it nearly gave me anxiety, it was so messy I didn't even bother to look for what I wanted beyond a cursory glance because there was no guarantee I wouldn't simply miss it and waste my time. Sad that there is a similar review on the messy state of the store 3 months ago, which means this isn't because of a crazy circumstance like having an entire elementary school come in and knock everything off the shelves this morning. If this was a bargain basement priced store I might have taken the time to look, but not a full price top-dollar store. Quite a shame.

Came in Sunday to get some craft supplies and the store was a disaster half the lights are burnt out and felt very gloomy in there. I couldn’t get down some isles due to pallets and boxes scattered thru out the store i don’t think I walked down 1 isle that didn’t have a box on the floor or product all over the floor

I grew up shopping at Jo-Ann fabrics, especially when it was over in the mall. Really love this store and the selection of fabric that it offers... Everything is so cute! There's also a fair amount of yarn, beads, sewing accessories, and good paintbrushes. There's also a fair amount of out of stock items that are consistently out of stock. The home decor items are very pricey and honestly, both the east and west stores are so, so messy. I go towards the end of the night usually and many items are out of place or no attempt made to "face". I want to give the benefit of the doubt and say they must be understaffed like everyone else, however I've closed retail locations both as a worker and a manager and I would definitely have gotten in trouble for not facing the whole store even myself if I needed to by the end of the night and certainly throughout the day. I absolutely recommend people make sure that shelf price tags match up with the item they are buying so they aren't surprised at the Register. It's just so consistently messy. However I can't give up on Jo-Ann fabrics!

I came looking for a fabric that must not be made anymore, dotted swiss. Honestly, if I was shopping for dress fabric here, I would be overwhelmed by the volume of fabrics and disorganization of the shelves. There's certainly a lot of variety!

Waited over an hour for an order when they had canceled it way before and did not let me know prior to that I went in to look for the product myself when I asked for help no one did help poor customer service

I'm working on a Renaissance outfit, and both stores in town had exactly the fabrics and colors I was looking for, or had substitutes that were even better than I had planned in my mockup. Plus I had a really great experience at the register with an employee named Joy! Very helpful and very patient, defnitely made my day!
