We had a great experience with MobilityWorks in Wichita, Ks. and specifically working with service manager Kelly Simon. My disabled son has a van that the door cable broke on which met we had to have a new track and cable put in. It was a major chore to get the part and numerous delays took place, but the communication that Kelly provided and his willingness to go the extra mile to get the parts and get the van fixed was outstanding. He was completely honest at every turn and made sure that we were well aware of what was going on. I can't say enough good about his willingness to help us and walk us through a very difficult couple of months for our son as he waited to get his van repaired. Thanks again!

We have a wheelchair accessible van that the rear airshocks/kneeling function went out on, in an area 100 miles from the nearest dealer specializing in these vans. Kelly assisted us in getting it transported to their shop. Repairs completed and routine maintenance of the ramp mechanism were completed. Very happy with their work, they went above and beyond in helping us through the whole process. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

If you are needing to access issues with a mobility scooter you should definitely not use this company. They don’t call you back for weeks and then overcharge for an diagnoses. Broadway Home Medical has certified technicians that are at a reasonable price. Especially if you are on a fixed income. Lesson learned the hard way and future business lost.

Garit Ray was the installer and he was incredibly detailed, meticulous, and an accomplished master carpenter. He listened to what I wanted and how I wanted it, and everything fit tight and flush. He defended what I agreed to with with Wendy, the marketing and sales woman, when she tried to deny at every turn what we did agree to. When I got things to sign, they were not reflected in the paper work she gave me to sign, and had to mark out things and write in what we had agreed to, and then I had to ask her to initial each correction. The product gets 5 stars. We have used it for 1 month and love the flexibility it gives us for stair access, and wheel chair access when we need it. Garit, the installer gets 5 Stars Plus. Wendy is dishonest and passive aggressive. Wendy, the sales woman, gets 1 Star. The store manager listened to my complaints and acknowledged that, "I know Wendy can be that way."

I have cerebral palsy, cannot walk & use an electric wheelchair. My electric wheelchair had no power & I was in an emergency. Kelly immediately determined that the lever behind the left wheel was in neutral & that was why I had no power. Kelly helped me to pick out a new power wheelchair that was lightweight & suited all of my needs perfectly. I will be able to use the chair for years. They offer outstanding customer service. They delivered the chair that they repaired & my brand new chair that same afternoon & showed me exactly how to operate the chair and charge the battery. They will also pick up your wheelchair & repair anything & bring it back to your home. Kelly the mechanic, Wendy who helps to make sure you get whatever you need & Garrett who delivered my repaired & new chair showing me how everything worked were all outstanding! They are all loving, thoughtful, great people! Best service in Wichita & they will have all of my business in the future!

There was very friendly staff. They put my hand controls in for me which I’m very thankful for. I wish directions were given to me beforehand in regards to the electronic system because I’ve never used it before and it’s very touchy. I honestly didn’t even know I wasn’t getting manual ones until after installation. It is going to take some getting used to because I’m not used to it. It was supposed to take under 5 hours to install and I was there from about 9am to 2:45 pm. Overall I’m happy with the service I just wish some things were clarified better. Thank you Mobility Works!

Chad Robinson really went above and beyond getting me into my used van. He helped me get financing I wasn't aware was available. He responded promptly with any issues I had. I'm very well pleased with the care and service!

Chad Robinson was our contact through the process of purchasing our mobility van. I, personally, and my husband, are both very satisfied with Chad. He helped us in so many ways but did not pressure us in making our decision. He answered every question with knowledge of the vehicle we were considering. We are very happy with him and our purchase.

Wendi and her team did a fantastic getting me mobile again. Between the stairlift, the Flex Steps wheelchair lift (this thing is so cool), and the out door ramp So I can now actually leave my house now, the quality of equipment is far and above the rest! Thanks Wendi for giving my life back.

First, when my chair lift stopped on me at a Dr appointment. That made my car undrivable. They came and picked it up!!! When the lift was finally fixed (we thought). After picking it up, went to use it and it was dead. After some scrutiny, it was pronounced officially dead. They set me up with another one that fit my needs and is way easy to use. Kelly and there team was awesome. They even babysat my dog running around in the office while I was waiting.

Worked with them for a long time to get what I was ok with Chad Robinson really went out of his way to make it a priority that I got my new van and delivered on time. If you go there ask for Wendi who is a sweetheart of a person to talk to and get hooked up with chad robinson. A big thanks to the whole team....especially wendi, chad, John, and all the depts. I would buy another van from them and also recommend someone to them.
