For most of the day we could not get the scan and email function from our printer/copier/scanner to work. We were able to print to it so it was recognized on the network but when trying to send emails the machine could not find the network to send them out. It was a strange issue. Long story short after I submitted an email requesting help, it was fixed and working within a very short period of time..

Ibraham walked me thru the setup process for our new Parts Transfer Printer. During the process we had a customer come in and that is when I discovered that the parts guys did not have access to any other printers. Ibraham was so kind to stop what we were doing and get both parts computers access to other printers. He was so understanding of us needing to take care of our customer even in the middle of what my initial call was for. That is wonderful customer service!!! Thank you Ibraham!!

I emailed Andrew a question regarding a password change yesterday. He called and left a voicemail giving me the information I needed. Today, I changed my password per his instructions and everything is working flawlessly. He called again to make sure everything went smoothly, which is greatly appreciated.

I deal with them through work as they do our IT. Each and every time I call I am greeted with professionals that address and rectify my problem in a very quick and professional manner. Without my laptop working properly I cannot perform my day to day duties. They keep it goin smoothly and when an issue does arise they get to the root cause and fix it.
