I must say my experience at this bank has been excellent. I’ve read the reviews and a lot of them seem to be 11 months to years ago.. The treatment I’ve received at this bank , is top-notch and the things they’re helping me deal with are pretty complex. I actually wish this team of people was a part of the west side. Luis and his team are doing great things at this bank always greeted with a hello and smiles. Keep up the good work.

If I could give a zero I would!! Worst service ever. We t to make deposits and receive some change and needed a reprint of a couple previous deposits and the lady took 30 minutes!!! She didn't apologize, she didn't thank me when she was done. She just seemed miserable and like she hated her job. Get someone else on the drive thru!!!

Worst treatment ever received at a financial institution. They don't honor POAs (power of attorney). They lie about fees, and, like mentioned by others, cancel accounts without cause or notice. It's not just this branch, the whole tree is sick.

I've been with INTRUST bank for almost 20 yrs. So in Feb, My purse my got stolen with my bank cards, checks, et my other personal identification. Long story short, getting the information I needed to get to make a police report was like pulling teeth. Kept getting the run around about they didn't know or they couldn't do that, when I was trying to help them out. After everything got taken care of, made sure the account was at a $0 balance so I didn't owe anything. Well they closed all my accounts for no reason at all other than cuz my stuff got stolen. No one can tell me why nor give me a number I can call to talk to. So with the stress of everything else going on (fraud, identity theft, switching bills et direct deposits to other accounts, etc) I now get another stresser. Worst bank ever to work with through a time like this.

I don’t bank with them but used their ATM and they scammed me with $2.50. Took out $40 for a fee of 2.50 so they took out 42.50 then I received a charge of + 2.50 .. they should change their name to nevertrust.

You need a new photo. The building they tore down is the only photo. How about a photo of the bank?Otherwise employees are friendly, helpful, and gets things done fast!?
