Terrible customer service at the drive thru. Waited 20 minutes for them to deposit an e check which I’ve deposited many times with no issues only for them to come back and say after all that time in a nasty tone “if this check comes back, it’s on you.” What kind of unprofessional language is that?

Waited in line outside for way too long to deposit some money just to be told I had to go inside after they had locked the doors. This is typical customer service for this bank.

Customer service needs approving. A greeting coming in and pulling up outside would be nice. I sat there waiting on my check to be cashed and the lady didnt say a single word until i ask for a pen. Then after that still didnt say anything. I waited on my check to be cashed for longer then it should of took and was the only customer outside.

I have been going to this location since my first savings account (almost 30 years) and have never had a bad experience. The staff makes you feel at home with a neighborhood bank kind of way. Previous bad reviews must be for another location, this bank has the best rating in my book. They have always greeted me with a smile and I have never waited to be helped for longer then a moment. Go in and grab a coffee, see for yourself. ðŸ‘âââââ

Every time I come in the staff is inattentive and only acknowledge customers when it's convenient. Having worked at a bank for many years, customers understand you're busy but don't feel valued when ignored. I've never been so put off by customer service than when I visit the central location. There are near constant personal conversations happening that could be spent on simply engaging with customers. Could really use some training on customer service. Simply greeting a customer as they walk in would make a huge positive impact. A smile or two wouldn't hurt either.

I went to get something notarized, sitting in a chair in the waiting area. One employee socialized with a customer, and I could hear the entire conversation--not business related. Another employee did paperwork at his desk. After a few minutes of no one helping me, I left and went to the branch at Central and Rock Road, and received prompt service. I was in and out in about two minutes (less time than I spent sitting in the waiting area at the first branch). With the labyrinthine menu choices and long wait times on their phone line, and the monthly fees I now receive on each account (despite having been a customer for years, and having checking, savings, and CD accounts), this is yet another reason to switch banks.
