Would give no stars if that was an option.
It started when I called on a Tuesday evening and asked them about opening an account. The man on the phone told me as long as I was in the lobby by closing then I would be able to open an account. Arrived 20 minutes before closing and then was told no that there wasn’t enough time. So I drove all that way for nothing. Went in the next morning when they opened and they were less than nice. I guess there was some confusion on proper proof of address but when the gentleman called the manager over to ask for some clarification she was extremely rude. Starting with her stomping over like we were bothering her. Then I tried to smile to introduce myself and couldn’t because she wouldn’t even make eye contact. Was very rude and demeaning when talking to us. Have never had such a horrible rude experience. What is worse is I don’t think it was just us. There was another customer in the bank and he appeared to be homeless (not saying he was) and me, my husband, and our 17 year old son witnessed the guy at the counter treat him like he was less than even though he clearly had business there. The workers there seem to have a preconceived notion that if you don’t fit their “standard” of a person then you are less than. They are a bunch of rude employees who seem entitled. Took my 5 figure check and went to another bank.

One of the best banking services. They are highly recommended for their professional culture. They treated me with respect and value which made me so happy about Intrust Bank.

Great help. They have help me with my banking needs. Protected us from scamers. And help us get dollar coins for the Grandkids. They are polite and friendly. Would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a friendly bank. They always have time to help their older customers .

Called to get a verification letter that I had an active account sent to me. Personal who handled my call completely shut that down and said they couldn't do that. Called over to my Credit Union and had absolutely no issues. Intrust Bank is never helpful.

Very helpful accountants. Well run and not busy. In the drive thru, you have to get their attention first.

Today I had a bad experience with a bank that I've been with almost 20 years. First I went through the drive thru to inquire about opening up an Estate account. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and never was acknowledge. So I went on the inside. As I walk in I see the same teller that ignored me in the drive thru at the front. So I asked to speak with someone about opening up an Estate account. The teller directed me to someone. When I sat down the first thing that comes out of the bank employees mouth is that he's never done estate account before so he called his supervisor. Which happens to be the same person that ignored me in the drive thru. She looked over everything and kinda walked him thru what to do and who to contact. I had death certificate,my Moms social security card and a Letter Of Intent from the State of Illinois. Everything that was needed. I sat there an whole hour and half to be told that I didn't have the right documents.to open up the account. So I go to Capital Federal with the same paper work and had one problem. The letter of intent is in a different format than what Kansas has. All they did was Googled. Its the same different words. I feel so let down and disrespected by my bank.

This place doesn't know what they are doing. I spent 30 minutes out of my lunch break when I had other things I HAD to do just to get a cashiers check. Very annoyed and will no longer return to this bank. Very disappointed.

Always a solid experience. It has the feel of a small town bank with the perks of a larger, more stable bank.
