I’ve banked with INTRUST for years and I just wanted to say thank you for being so diligent and immediately contacting me when unusual purchases are made with my card. I never have an issue with this bank and they always take care of what I need in a timely manner. I appreciate the hard work the employees put in. Thank you.

My family has been using Intrust bank for decades. I have never had a single bad experience at the central and Tyler branch. They always have the absolute best staff. I was just bragging with my grandma how this is our absolute favorite bank and we much prefer it to the other one we do business with. Thank you for always being great central and Tyler staff! You all Rock.

Very busy (6-8 cars in the drive thru) with only 1 person working the drive thru at 5:20 on a weeknight... Would recommend finding another intrust for a quicker experience.

How can you go to a bank with a check that is from a company that uses that bank for it's business and endorse it because your credentials we're stolen and they don't cash it because you have no ID...... Tell me what is the point of an endorsement line

Have cashed my payroll check 6-8 times already with my Colorado ID and now they say they can't. Obviously not a good bank and will not be getting an account with them!
