“This is the store you need to go to. We came here after being screwed over by the store on Maple and Maize. Quinton let me explain the entire situation and then proceeded to help make things right. He was very knowledgeable, concerned about how we were treated previously, and eager to help us. He helped cancel everything that was done previously and ended up getting me a better deal than I was promised at the other store. We were very happy with the service we got from Quinton…especially considering I was ready to cancel service after our experience with the other store. He saved the day! If you need help with anything having to do with Verizon, I would highly recommend going to Quinton. He’s my go to guy. Very happy customer now!”

“This is the closest T-Mobile to my place and I reluctantly stopped by because I have had the absolute worst experiences at this store. I have to say today was completely different! We walked in and Shae greeted us with the most friendly smile and attitude. Shae helped me with what I needed and it was a breeze. Shae was so pleasant that I came back after I left for an appointment and I bought one more thing from her.
