The front desk ladies are very friendly and extremely helpful. The Veterinarians and technicians take excellent care of our animal children; Especially our 75lb high-anxiety rescue boxer mix who won’t let anyone but Indian Hills staff trim his nails.

The girls that work here are always the sweetest, from the techs to the vets. My cats vet is Dr Robinson, and she's been amazing through the health issues we are experiencing!

Their billing could use some improvement. I was invoiced for one amount in the office and sent another bill in the mail. No itemizing on the bill. Stating pay in full. I thought I paid in full at the office. The care for my dog was top notch.

I brought my kitty in to get checked because he was showing signs of a sickness. I find out he has more problems than I imagined. Dr Hill bent over backwards to keep me calm and help me any way she could. After the appt my kitty collapsed at home and I rushed him back and she stabilized him and even had some of her employees help me get him home safe. It was a very traumatic experience and she helped me through it all. Her and her nurses have then checked on both me and my cat for the following two days. They have literally gone above and beyond to help my cat and help me through such a difficult situation. I can never repay them for their kindness. Oh and not to mention this was my first time here. I don’t even have a history with them and they STILL have done everything possible to keep myself and my baby well. They’re amazing and I’ve never had such a great experience at any vet, let alone ANY doctor ever. They deserve all good recognition. Thank you so much.

I’ve taken my Frenchie here for several years. They always greet him with enthusiasm, are very professional, warm, and supportive. When he was really young I also took him to the daycare and was very impressed with how that is managed as we. Great expected all around!
