I had a mis-understanding with the IRS that needed taken care of over some crypto loses that weren't reported with the gains, so the IRS thought i owed them a bunch of money, anyway, my assigned tax pro experts (Robert Meyer & Tammy Rodecap) handled my problems very professionally & made my experience best as it possibly could be when dealing with the IRS & newer generation things like crypto/stocks. They helped me complete everything with accuracy and precision. Thank you H&R BLOCK & thank you to my tax experts that helped me that day! I would/will recommend h&r block to every single person i come across with any tax/irs related things from now on!
Bonus review : Robert Meyer’s first day back on the job after 2 years was the day i came in, he somehow superhumanly helped me with some very hard tax problems and IRS mishaps even after him being off the job for 2 YEARS!! Not all heroes wear capes!! AWESOME SERVICE!! 5 OUT OF 5 STARS!

They charge you almost $500 a year for a peace of mind, but when it comes down to you being audited, they don't help you do anything. I claimed my own children and the IRS wanted me to prove they were mine. After getting and submitting all the information they asked for BY MYSELF, I was still audited $14,000+ interest and the H&R Block employee who I filed with wouldn't help me do anything. Just told me it sucked. ?

Love my tax preparer, she listens, is friendly and does my taxes thoroughly. I would go to her even if she didn't work at h&r block. Tammy Rodecap is the bestest!
