Avoid Mrs. Luna at all costs! Went here to get my taxes done. From the moment I met with her she was very rude. One of the very first things she said to me was that she was going to give me a hard time and that she did. But it didnt end with me, by the way she spoke to her staff or the other people that worked there it was clear that she treated everyone this way. After taking the time to schedule an appointment, show up to said appointment, and having to listen to her speak to me and everyone with a lack of respect it became clear to me that I was not going to get the help I needed there. Im beyond disappointed for her service and hope that people reading this will avoid the trouble all together and file with a real professional.
