“It's an old Hotel in downtown.. They are doing the best they can lol. Service was great. Rooms good. Location iffy. Paying 36 bucks for overnight parking a little much. While in the shower the water had two settings, f that's hot to OMG that's hot. Throw pillows all full of holes.”

“First off, I just wanted to thank Jan at the continental breakfast. The food was delicious, and she was so friendly & welcoming. It really made my morning just for someone to be so kind.Second, the room I stayed in was extremely clean, and I booked a pet-friendly room too! I wouldn’t have even known a difference honestly. I got a great nights sleep and I’m ready to tackle my long drive home.Every time I’ve ever stayed at a Best Western, I’ve always been super pleased. “I was skeptical at first about staying in a kitchenette suite but was pleasantly surprised, the room and staff surpassed all expectations. Our room #117 smelled like fresh linen, had a warm home like feel, the room was spotless and the temperature was perfect. And they allowed our little dogs. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again if in the area.”

“The staff was amazing to our large group of athletes. The room was spacious, clean and had many extras for comfort. The on site bear and restaurant was great. Having Starbucks connected by a walk way from the hotel was convenient. My only caution is that there is a decent homeless population. We didn't have issues, but many were in Starbucks warming up and resting. Doors and security of the hotel at night was great.Nearby activities: Right near the arena and many food optionsSafety: There is a decent homeless population around the downtown area. We didn't have issues, just be aware.Walkability: Close to the arena and fabulous restaurants.Food & drinks: Many options nearby.”

“What a very nice, clean, quiet place to relax. I love the modern look and tile wood floors (no gross carpet). I was very impressed and would stay here again!My plane arrived late, and I am a senior woman, flying alone, but they made sure I had a ride to the hotel. “Savannah at the front desk was extremely helpful and cheerful. The whole place as well as our room was nice & clean. Comfy bed/pillows. This was FIRST. Country fried steak, yes, you are reading this correctly- on their breakfast selection along with biscuits & gravy, potatoes ect. I thanked the lady taking care of it all for doing a great job. No microwave in room.”

“We had a great experience at this location. Rooms were very clean. Desk staff were very nice in the evening. They were able to accommodate late check out. We needed a to go breakfast bag in the morning, but the staff said it was only for business men. We thought that was sorta weird. Overall nice experience though.”

“Was staying over due to a car breakdown. Staff had us sit in the lobby from noon until after 6pm instead of just staying in our comfortable room for a “ late” checkout.It was not that busy.Food & drinks: This hotel was great, except before the breakfast hours were over, the staff was vacuuming, wiping tables, taking things off the tables 20-30 minutes before breakfast time was over. Very unprofessional.”

“I made a reservation at what I thought was the Northeast Hampton but actually it was the Northwest location. I was very glad I got the location wrong. While checking in, Seth was very helpful and had us checked in within minutes. The room was extremely Clean and Fresh. Hats of to housekeeping and management. If you are in need of a room...you can't go wrong by staying here.”

Maybe I got lucky and this location has a manager that is really good.I wasn’t as pleased with the Super 8 in Albuquerque- but that location was in the process of being sold.”

“I stayed for 60 days. The stay was nice and comfortable, and the price is low. The catch is that the clientele are a rough crowd, and it is reasonable to feel unsafe here. I would personally stay here again, but I wouldn't suggest it to my sister. not a single bug sighting the entire Things were worn down, but Friendly and accommodating. Nice and secluded, but there is a mail processing center next door and they start work at 3am. It can easily wake you up if you are a light sleeper. There is a Costco within walking distance, and a Walmart 5 minutes away by car.Family- I would not suggest this location to people with children or solo-female travelers. There is frequently fighting and shouting in the parking lot, and a startling number of the cars have their windows broken. During my stay, I had a naked man high or drunk out of his mind wake me up trying to get into my room, my neighbor's door was kicked in, and shots were fired. From news reports of the area, it has been much worse in the past.In other extended stay locations, they require you to have a key to get into the hallways. It is not the case here. I tried contacting corporate about this issue, but was ignored.”

“Service was fast and friendly the 2 different guys I dealt directly with was helpful and kind. The pool is a little 1 but very cute and comfy. The breakfast bar was nice but pretty standard. Waffles and such. Open till 10 but recommend you get there early.The room was nice and comfy. Being a smokers was glad they still have em. Clean and tidy. “They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had supplies needed for cooking. There was a dishwasher, apartment sized refrigerator, microwave and stovetop with an oven.there was a couch, chair with a foot stool, king sized bed. Extra pillows. Handicap accessible shower. Everything was clean. The breakfast was eggs, sausage patties and you could have waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee bagel or bread. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again.”
