I had water damage in my basement and I visited Horton’s to look at replacing my carpet. Lonnie was great to work with and recommended a few different options within my budget. When I called to schedule the installation, they were able to get me on the calendar quicker than I expected. The installation went smoothly and it’s been a few months and the carpet still looks great.

UPDATE: Manager Jesse gave us a very good deal on new carpet and we are satisfied. PREVIOUS REVIEW: We purchased carpeting for several rooms from Hortons 2 1/2 years ago. After four months our new carpet began to look very worn. After a couple months of multiple phone calls and visiting with the manager in person, they sent their carpet guy to our house to look at it. He basically told us it was our fault because we had vacuumed it too much (twice a month) and needed to vacuum it in different directions. We followed his directions and after two years our carpet looks awful and needs to be replaced. I called them about it and the person I talked to said he would make sure the manager got in touch with me. That was a month ago and we haven’t heard from him. They do not stand behind their products or follow through with problems. Their lifetime warranty is a joke. We wasted $4000 and it is embarrassing when family and friends visit our home.

We had made a custom order for 4 rugs and was told 2 weeks. It was month and a half after several calls and texts. Then we were shorted one piece, after arguing about it they said they would check on it and get back to us and did not. I do not recommend doing business with them.Update: after posting review. The next day they called ad didn't understand why we weren't happy and said they would look into the 4th piece. We had the 4th rug within a few days. I still wouldn't recommend them.

Recently spent nearly $7,000 on luxury vinyl and carpeting from Horton's Carpet. The products were outstanding. The carpet installation was top notch. But, the installation for the luxury vinyl was very different. Our flooring was installed on May 10, 2021. We are still waiting for the trim that finishes off the gap between the flooring and the tub and shower. Tired of waiting, I started searching for myself and found it instantly on Amazon and have ordered it. Overall, the installation of the luxury vinyl was technically great but there were issues along the way that needed to be addressed which made the overall project stressful.For carpeting I highly recommend Horton's.

Ashleigh was super helpful with the entire carpet selection process. She was very knowledgeable about a variety of products and was able to find a carpet that was not only of good quality but within budget. Our installers were prompt and communicative, letting us know when they would arrive and how long the install project would take. The project went exactly as they said. They also did a great job cleaning up! We definitely recommend Horton’s for your flooring needs.

I have purchased carpet and ceramic tile from Horton's. Not only is the flooring of excellent quality, the salespeople are super helpful and knowledgeable. Ask for Ashleigh at the west store. She is amazing at helping you with what you need.
