I look around....no one can help me. 5 people standing there in customer service.... no idea what to do. I must have been in there forty five minutes before some inept employee unlocked it”

“Menards east in wichita needs 2 bathrooms. One in front and one in back. This store is too big for only 1 set of bathrooms. They were cleaning the restrooms when I was in there and I needed to use it. Unable to so we had to leave before we were through shopping so that I could find a restroom.”

“I know this is hard to believe but Star Lumber still answers the phone! No automated robots to get you to the wrong department.Star is still a real lumberyard. A lot of folks probably don't remember real lumberyards but there was once a time when employees of lumberyards knew things and understood general residential construction.I'm sure there are some knowledgeable people at the box stores but generally, if you don't walk in with A "sku" number, they're completely lost.I'd rather even pay a little more for good service and knowledgeable salespeople.”

They have a wonderful selection of carpet, laminate, and tile. And they have friendly and knowledgeable people to work with as well.”
