She told me to come back and someone could show me how to work it. At the store, Christian showed me how to work it. I felt stilly because I couldn't figure it out but both of them were so kind and non judgemental. I very much appreciate that.”
“Recently purchased a smoker from the west side ridge road lowes. After having multiple troubling experiences with the derby lowes assembly and delivery team, I went back to the west side lowes for help. Manager Bill listened to my concerns and took it upon himself to correct the mistakes that the derby lowes had made multiple times. If it was not for Bill as well as his associate in lawn and garden who was a fire fighter. I definitely would have taken my business elsewhere. I will forever only shop at the west side ridge road lowes!”
“I wish we had Menards in Texas. We traveled from Fort Worth Texas to Whichita Kansas to purchase two garage doors. Their price on the doors was almost $800 less expensive than at our north Texas big box home improvement stores. The service was great, the employees were over the top friendly and helpful! The store itself is super clean and we'll stocked. Great prices and deals throughout the store. To the Menards Senior Management team, please open a store in north Texas,!”
“Went in since the house needed renovations done, and one worker in particular stood out, Ronnie over in plumbing. Talk about 5 star service! He came over to help us when we first came in, and then left when we were done getting what we needed, then when we found out we needed more items and couldn't find them, he came to help out once again, taking the time to help us find the products needed, and then went above and beyond by helping pick out parts that would work better!”

“I know this is hard to believe but Star Lumber still answers the phone! No automated robots to get you to the wrong department.Star is still a real lumberyard. A lot of folks probably don't remember real lumberyards but there was once a time when employees of lumberyards knew things and understood general residential construction.I'm sure there are some knowledgeable people at the box stores but generally, if you don't walk in with A "sku" number, they're completely lost.I'd rather even pay a little more for good service and knowledgeable salespeople.”

“Star lumber and supplies might go to for decorating ideas when I’m renovating a house or trying to help the client do a renovation prior to selling their home or post purchase. They have a wonderful selection of carpet, laminate, and tile. And they have friendly and knowledgeable people to work with as well.”
