“I’ve been going to hero haven for years. I must say Brian and Bob are the friendliest and best customer service representatives I’ve ever met. They make you feel like you’re truly valued and appreciated as a customer. The store is clean and well organized. It’s a great environment and fun to be in. The prices are fair and there is plenty of nostalgic toy goodness in that place. These guys are the best and everyone should go get some of their childhood back by purchasing some toys you won’t regret it. Thank you Brian and Bob for making this place so much fun to hang out in.”

“Had some parts that I needed. Wish they stocked more RC airplane parts like receivers and batteries. Why so few? Why so few Gandams? I've been to several Hobbytowns over theast month and they all were much better stocked. Most had a full wall of HG and MG Gandams.”

“Great RC airplane shop. Knowledgeable and you might just find that hard to find part or airplane kit. Many small parts old new stock stuff and new parts stuff. Met Grandma Finley. Store opened in 1967. Run by the grandson. A great place and time capsule of the hobby. Great to see an original hobby shop still in business.”

“A little confusing on the set up and the sales signs, but tons of good deals! Friendly and courteous staff. The checkout seems a bit odd. They only directed us to the self checkout, which we don't mind, but be prepared for that. While there an elderly woman was a bit upset and confused with it and another lady was having trouble because of a language barrier.”

You’ll find kid and family friendly science exploration toys and gadgets but you’ll also find advanced telescopes and rocketry here. Mark is a kindhearted and extremely enthusiastic about the sciences and will answer any question you have! Take your kids (or yourself) here sooner than later!”
