Legalized extortion. I wouldn't recommend living in an HOA neighborhood to my worst enemy. (I rarely leave any reviews, especially negative ones.)

Completely incompetent. Don’t answer the phone. Don’t answer emails. Take recommendations from their friends on who to mess with in the neighborhoods they manage. Numerous accounts of mismanaged neighborhood funds. They should be shut down.

The company owner Rodney is incompetent and doesn't know how to run a business! The turn over rate is so high because they don't know what they're doing! If we could all get on the same boat to dissolve this HOA we would have way less stress to deal with and could enjoy our community a bit more.

Wish we could give this group 0 stars. Very unprofessional management team. Takes no accountability to correct issues and damages caused by their lawn-care contractors.

Our addition CANNOT get HOA management services to respond to our needs. We have new home owners waiting for approval to install COVENANT REQUIRED STRUCTURES OR LANDSCAPING. USE SOMEONE ELSE.

This company is cheap because they hire any reject off the street to work there. They say this is a locally owned business, but is it locally owned by a couple of meth heads based on the way the company is ran I would say yes.

If 3 stars is average I'm going with 2 stars for below average.Got my bill and tried to pay it online and the website isn't working. I checked over a 3 day period.Called and tried to pay my bill though the automated phone system and after entering everything the system told me that it was unable to process my request at this time and to call back later.I then called the office and explained everything to the female that answered the phone. Her solution was that I call my bank and ask my bank to fix the problem.I asked if I could pay her right now on the phone. Her answer was no even though She had my account pulled up after she asked for my account number. I tried to pay my bill to a living person and she refused to take payment from me over the phone with no reason as to why she was refusing to take my payment.I asked if I litterally drove to the office at 1900 E. Douglas Wichita KS could I pay my bill in person?I was told I could drive to the office and pay my bill in person BUT there was going to be an additional charge for a convenience fee.Just so we're all clear:I can't pay online because the website wasn't working;I can't pay though the automated phone system for unknown reasons;I can't pay over the phone talking to a live person that had my account pulled up;And if I drive 20 minutes out of my way to pay in person I'll be charged a convenience fee!!Driving and paying in person seems alot like the opposite of convenience for a customer that is literally trying to give away money. This HoA relationship is starting horribly.Edit on 12/21/2023 to reply to their response:I'd personally like to thank the rocket scientist that decided to send out yearly assessment fees and update the online payment system during the same period of time resulting in this complete and total failure.Perfect planning.

Our Board hired HOA Management several years ago. It is the best move we could have made. Our neighborhood is desirable and affordable and homes move quickly once they come on the market. The main reason for this is that our covenants are regularly and fairly enforced thus preserving our property values. I notice the positive reviews here are mostly from current board members who have an understanding of the role HOA Management plays in carrying out the direction from the board. Do we have some occasional issues? Yes. Those are mostly about the failure of various vendors to live up to expectations. Those are not the fault of the management company and are addressed. I served on the board when we had full responsibility for billing, collecting and enforcing. That was a heavy load that should not fall to any residents of the neighborhood. Thank you Rodney and staff.

Where do I even begin with the absolute disaster that is HOA Management Services? If I could give them zero stars, I would gladly do so. This so-called "management" company has single-handedly redefined incompetence and inefficiency. From day one, it was clear that professionalism and basic organizational skills were foreign concepts to this company. Communication? Forget about it. It's as if carrier pigeons would have been more reliable than their so-called "communication channels." I often found myself wondering if they were employing a team of well-trained crickets to manage their correspondence. Now, let's not forget the cherry on top of this incompetence sundae— their staff. It's baffling how such a collection of individuals lacking basic customer service skills and courtesy could find employment. It was as if they underwent special training to master the art of condescension and dismissiveness. In summary, if you're searching for a management company that excels at neglect, mismanagement, and an utter lack of professionalism, HOA Management Services is the perfect fit for you. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this abysmal excuse for an HOA management service.

They keep sending letters about the yard. We have WEED SERVICES every single day and they keep sending letters, now they are sending fines. I'm going to pay them a visit and hopefully figure this out for my dad, he works hard to keep the yard up and they have ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS ABOUT WHAT IS WRONG.

We were told there is $100K in the HOA fund to cover costs to maintain the property. My easement has been cut twice since February 2023. After calling 4 times in July. Just for contractors to come out and complain to my neighbor that someone complained so they were here now.I've been told by the manager that the contractors are not doing their jobs but nothing is happening.$284 a year for false promises and cheaper trash isn't worth it. We don't even have a community pool. It took them until the end of July just to clean up around the "lakes". After being told by the manager that the contractor said the job is much bigger than anticipated and a new deal will have to be worked. It was much bigger because they waited 4 months to work on it.I'd like to know how far that $100K goes and when will we actually have another meeting. Are there any attorneys here that can guide us on how to escape this poorly managed "HOA Management"??
