Frustrating to work with.... Every year, we request pool chairs to no avail (10+ years of requesting). Every year, we request a way to pay dues online (both annual and for pool key renewal) to no avail. It's 2020; digital is more cost-effective for everyone (and its less contact - its that what we're going for as well?).
