The staff was amazing to our large group of athletes. The room was spacious, clean and had many extras for comfort. The on site bear and restaurant was great. Having Starbucks connected by a walk way from the hotel was convenient. My only caution is that there is a decent homeless population. We didn't have issues, but many were in Starbucks warming up and resting. Doors and security of the hotel at night was great.Nearby activities: Right near the arena and many food optionsSafety: There is a decent homeless population around the downtown area. We didn't have issues, just be aware.Walkability: Close to the arena and fabulous restaurants.Food & drinks: Many options nearby.

Charged $10 for parking, but had little parking of their own. Was an additional $5 per night for use of a city parking garage.

During my recent 8-day business trip, I stayed at this establishment and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, featuring fresh and tidy bed sheets and linen. However, I found the breakfast somewhat lacking in variety. Despite pre-purchasing it with my hotel booking, the voucher system seemed puzzling. Perhaps it's a customary practice here in the US. Nonetheless, the cleanliness of the room was commendable, but a more diverse breakfast selection would enhance the stay.

Much better than the last Hilton Garden Inn. It should not have been.

Comfortable, clean, friendly, great location, with excellent parking. I had grilled salmon from room service on my first night there, and it was excellent.

What is going on with Wichita? If you walk out of the front the hotel you are in a pleasant downtown street with a convenient Starbucks and plenty of nice bars and eateries. If you walk out of the back of this hotel, it’s like a homeless circus. The parking ramp is full of garbage, vomit and human waste. No exaggeration whatsoever ever: I had to walk to the far side of the parking ramp to get down to the next level because the elevator was full of burned garbage and the man smoking crack on the stairs wouldn’t move. Literally could it be bothered to move to one side of the other while hitting torching his glass pipe. The ramp “security” car drove by and didn’t even blink. This is important to note because this hotel only has 8 parking spots for all of its guests.

I really had a bad experience and that’s why 1 star. I have been travelled to many hotels and this was my first experience with no car parking and I was told to park in street overnight, I had paid hotel including breakfast and I was told to pay and eat when I started having my breakfast. Believe me it was 18$ for two eggs and coffee. The room did not enough lighting and it was dark. The bathroom door is heavy sliding window, air con was not cleaned etc. I would not recommend this for family.

The hotel is updated, modern, and very nicely decorated. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It even has a Starbucks on site which was super convenient! The free parking at the hotel is minimal, so we did end up using the paid public parking garage for a couple nights. Overall, the hotel itself was nice and I would definitely recommend staying there; HOWEVER, the cars racing down the street until after 2am on Friday and Saturday nights was unbearable. I literally didn't sleep Saturday night because of the extreme noise, and we had to get up early for a flight. Until the police decide to put a stop to this, I definitely wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. Pay the extra money and go to the Ambassador.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Super convenient and within a couple blocks walking distance to the Intrust Bank Arena. Parking Garage was only $10 a day, and it gave us direct access to the hotel. Nice, friendly staff and very clean and nice rooms. Will definitely stay here again. Here for the Lauren Daigle concert! AMAZING!

Located in downtown and about 5 minute walk to old Town. Breakfast is expensive and not really worth the price. Has a very nice gym with equipment I haven't seen in other hotels. Of course that means it'll be rarely used. If you'd like some windows be careful because some rooms don't have one. One annoying thing about this hotel is that parking is connected by a sky bridge on the second floor. The garage seems to be owned not by the hotel and any time you come in you have to get a ticket and have the lobby validate for you.

I loved how spacious the room was. They managed the set up well. You get a place to workand relax. The mini fridge alows for meal, snacks. Coffee pot used kcups. Unfortunately you only get 2 regular. Outside was a little fenced area with chairs and table,to enjoy the air. Inside, each floor has a sitting area. The showers were wonderful big. Starbucks was attached to main lobby. This was a plus! The decor was lovely. All together a pleasant stay.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and has the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen! Staff was professional and polite. However, I chose it because it is "pet-friendly." Maybe this is new for them; I don't know. But if I have to take my dog several miles just to find a patch of grass for her to pee on, then it is not dog-friendly. Maybe you should specify cat-friendly only. Also, if there was a way to order room service, we couldn't figure it out. Didn't seem to have access to a menu while in our room. Thanks for the great stay!Rooms: Beautiful and pristine! The maids need a raise.
