Our relationship with cynergi|suite and High Touch Technologies began when we were looking for a suitable software platform to manage our 12 rent-to-own (RTO) store locations. We were looking to replace a proprietary system that did not provide us with the flexibility we needed to grow our business in today’s world.While several vendors would have easily provided us with the software we needed, we decided to choose cynergi|suite and High Touch because they were able to offer a full array of IT solutions in addition to the software we needed. We have access to more reports than ever, which allows us to make better decisions based on past data. We also employ business intelligence software to create custom reports.High Touch’s software and added IT services mean that we don’t have to worry about our technology, and when something does break, there’s a support person ready to help. As with any company, if you have poor customer service, no amount of hardware or software is going to make you successful—it’s the people at High Touch that genuinely make them successful.

When my husband Mark and I decided to open Drop the H Brewing Company in Pittsburg, Kan. (notice that missing "h"?), we knew we needed a website to help us get the word out. Since we live in Wichita, we wanted to find a local company for ease of coordination and website design.After meeting with Lindsay and Brett, we were drawn in by the team's personal touch and positive vibes.The dedicated support we've received through our partnership with High Touch has been outstanding. Brett has provided amazing turnaround service on any website requests we've had, including making updates for menu specials and special events. The team always takes the extra time to explain the nuances of website design for us. I appreciate that they're not afraid to make a recommendation and share the reasoning behind it.Before we opened our doors at the end of 2019, Pittsburg was the only city in Kansas with a university and no brewpubs! Our Drop the H website has helped us build great awareness and advertising since we introduced craft brews to Pittsburg.

Over a month ago we contacted them to try and get the procedures for recording a new message on our system they said someone would call us back and never did. We contacted them again last week for the same issue and again someone would call us back and never did. Called them again yesterday same thing called the support and service today same answer. If they can not help with something as basic as changing the automated message what will happen if something bigger happens. Would have given them a negative 5 if that was an option.

Put in a service call on 05/16/19 lasted 11 minutes and 31 seconds (have phone records of this). High Touch charged 8 minutes off the phone when we are not expecting them to bill us for extra support we did not ask for or need just so they could bill us for another time installment.On 06/13/19 I received a voicemail from Jeff Lucas who stated in the voicemail Jeff was going into a meeting and would be calling him back again later in the day and also the next week. Never received another phone call to discuss the incorrect billing.We have also been waiting to hear back for months on a monthly service plan they can offer us. Every time we reach out they say they will get it to us soon. Still have not received anything.They say that we are on an account hold but I have confirmation from their accounts receivable department that we have made all past bill payments and they would service us while we were making payments. Overall, the customer service we have been treated with us unacceptable. High Touch has had months and multiple opportunities to reach out and get us the info we need and they refuse to call back like they say they will.Still waiting to hear back from them as of 07/11/19

We initially reached out to High Touch, because we were having problems receiving emails from our cloud-based order management system. We had heard of High Touch through a prior relationship with key staff members. Western Associates and High Touch are both well-known businesses in the Wichita area.Since employing High Touch’s services, our spam/malware email traffic has been reduced by 85%. We also have greater control over what we allow in terms of incoming email traffic. This creates a more secure digital environment for both our customers and our employees.High Touch had the knowledge and ability to explore solutions in regards to our service needs. Moreover, they were able to accommodate our unique business model. Finding that level of customer service can be challenging.High Touch’s customer service and responses to support needs were impressive. I’d gladly recommend High Touch for their local/regional support and speedy response time.

High Touch installed our phone system a few years ago and recently installed an HD CCTV system. We are very pleased with their knowledge and productivity. In addition, tickets are answered in a timely manner and the technicians are consistent in following up after a service call to make sure everything was taken care of. Our website was dated and needed a refresh. We also needed the site to be mobile-friendly. We tried working with other web design firms to overhaul our websites in the past, but there was always a massive amount of scope creep. We were always presented with excessive bills and very little to show for it.Thanks to High Touch’s web team, our company looks more professional and engaging. When your website is amazing, new customers take notice. Our new calls to action have generated six new business leads in a mere four months. In comparison, our previous website generated zero leads. High Touch was very timely with its responses and attentive to our needs. Although we know we aren’t High Touch’s only customer, it felt that way!I enjoyed working with High Touch, because I knew they were invested in the outcome and cared about our end product. They also took our vision and were able to create something exactly like what we had hoped for. Most importantly, High Touch kept the project within the budget and delivered quickly.
