Do not rent from them! Very disappointed, as are our kids. Warren denied a rental because I told him I was frustrated with him. If you like good customer service, you will NOT recieve it from him. And definitely don't let him know or he will cancel your reservations. No one got belligerent, only disappointed.

Do not rent from here. I rented a vehicle for a day in Wichita, and returned the car at 5pm, which was the time to return per my reservation. I also had a 6:20pm flight, so I was on time to return to the airport and drop the car off. At 5pm on a Saturday, there were no Hertz employees there to check us in. There was a sign that said to note the time of return and the mileage on the rental agreement and drop off the rental agreement and the key in the drop box. I did just that. I get the receipt from Hertz later with a late fee and the return time of 7:23am the next morning. How could I return the car at that time if I had gotten on my flight back to my home state on the east coast? Hertz refuses to correct this and issue me a refund for the wrongful late fee.

We couldn’t get our rental due to airport policies which is fine. But when we had asked to cancel we were still being charged for a car we didn’t get. When we called to figure out the situation the lady was super rude and said “how about you use your phone and call customer service”. I would not recommend until they have better employees that can give PAYING CUSTOMERS better service and employees that actually know how to do their job.

One of the best hertz locations, if not the best. I started flying into ICT instead of Jabara because of their customer service and the experience they provide working with Yingling. Sometimes problems come up, as with any business, but what sets them apart is they’re more than fair about how they handle it. Top notch management and staff. Thank you!

Great service, but they didn't offer a choice of vehicles to gold members like usual, Even though I called in advance to confirm this service was available.

Had family coming in, as with all airlines these days, their flight was delayed. Why would you have your hours listed as open to 12 AM ? Because when family called from Denver, Hertz said we will wait till 5:30 and that is it. So now family had to find another rental agency at last minute. Who doesn’t stay open at an airport on a weekend???

Filled up the gas tank right before driving to the airport to drop off the rental, 10 miles away. The tank was full. I received my receipt via email the following day and realized they charged me almost $30 for a fuel charge! (The exact amount I drove, 52 miles total.) I immediately contacted them and got told without a receipt from the gas station there's nothing they can do and there's no guarantee they'd even give a credit. Be very cautious of this!!

Great vehicle we had the Nissan Altima, receptionist was pleasant to deal with, and upgraded us with no charge. She took care of me quickly and ensured I had everything I needed.
