My experience with this rental car company was extremely disappointing due to the non-functional air conditioning in the vehicle provided. Despite requesting a comfortable ride, I was met with sweltering heat and discomfort throughout my journey. This lack of basic amenities significantly impacted my trip and left me frustrated. And it was having pet hair and bugs on the steering wheel and near the parking brake I hope the company takes immediate steps to ensure that all vehicles are thoroughly checked and maintained before being rented out to customer

This past week I rented a car from this Hertz location after having another rental car reservation for another agency fall through. I was tight on time but the Hertz team on N Webb worked to help clean a new incoming car so that I could quickly get on the road. I really appreciate the effort!

Told me until the time I went to pick the vehicle up that the SUV I wanted was there when I got there they tried to put me in a large minivan and said they were all sold out of SUVs ruined my vacation

After an extremely awful morning experience with Enterprise. This location came in clutch and are the real MVPs.The staff was quick to pick up where Enterprise had so epically failed and restored my faith in the rental car community. I don’t use the term “G.O.A.T.“ lightly, but the staff at this location truly went above and beyond for my wife and I after she was hit by another motorist just yesterday. I will now be doing all of my rental car business with this location.Avoid Enterprise at all costs. Many thanks to Hertz and the staff at this location.

Rented a car for 1 day. The price was reasonable, but a lot of different BUT! An impressive deposit amount in 1 day! The car itself worked flawlessly but the service leaves much to be desired.
