Bad business don't tell me my insurance has to call you when I got their information don't have a man come out in the back and tell me someone's going to be with me a little bit and then he goes back in the back need to learn to use your air conditioner and you got two desks and one employee what are the other ones in the back

As somebody that has never rented a car before. You should put that you need a credit card if you aren't flying in and out of wichita. Needs to be at the top when making the reservation. Caused a full on panic attack as I had somewhere to be and needed this car. Putting these rules in a small fine print is ridiculous and scammy. Will tell everyone I know what a cluster this was for no reason at all.

I’m sorry am I clear when I am looking and I see that my review has been deleted? My review is absolutely accurate why would my review be deleted??? Candace was absolutely horribly rude to me and made me very uncomfortable on an already horrible travel day. Yes, someone from the company would like to find out what she did. Go ahead and contact me or I’ll be happy to leave a review that spells it out if that is necessary.

I have to say that I haven’t received such great customer service in a very long time as I did with my encounter at Hertz on Douglas! Jessica, you absolutely are a wonderful person and manager! I went to pick my car up that I booked for a trip and they tried to give me a tiny car instead. And when I returned it I filled the tank up right before I returned it and they still charged me $25 extra because they said it wasn't full! Highly don't recommend

Have only positive experience with this Hertz. Everything was smooth and quick every time, whenever you pick or drop a car. Guys here are responsible, professional, and nice people with a good sense of humor.
