I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Heavenly Gates Mortuary during the home-going service for my father, James. From the moment we walked in, they treated us like family, showing professionalism and genuine care. Their attention to detail and personable approach made a difficult time much more manageable. I highly recommend Heavenly Gates Mortuary to anyone in need of compassionate and professional funeral services.

Heavenly Gates did an amazing job with my grandmother Lorine’s home-going service. The surprise gift to my dad , aunt and uncle was exceptional. Odell’s honoring entrance with putting a crown on her casket was the best part.Thank you for your organization, detail of timely arrivals/transportation, and support during this time of mourning. Love and support to black owned businesses as well!Bless you.

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff at Heavenly Gates Mortuary. Through my recent experience and interaction with the staff at this company. And I mean company. Nothing Heavenly about them at all. I have found them to be extremely unprofessional, not compassionate to the needs of family. They are pleasant enough to you until they get paid, then things change. If my dog died today, I would not let this company bury him.
