I finally decided to buy a new car and chose the best place. Alex was great, he handled everything start to finish in a professional and timely manner. Financial Manager Eric is always very friendly and made finishing the process simple. Very good experience!

Service was prompt and accurate. I was disappointed in the car wash - it was streaky and didn't look washed. They let me bring it back for a 2nd round which greatly improved it and they even vacuumed the inside! Great patience with this old lady customer and it keeps me coming back to them for all my auto's service!

Had to bring my car in for a sudden inspection for a warranty and the guys working the shop were patient, understanding, and very helpful. They also got things done pretty quick.Their waiting lobby is spacious, comfortable, and didn't feel as constricting or cold as a lot of other dealerships and Hyundai locations! They had a nice selection of coffee/tea as well.

If you buy a car from anybody in Wichita, do it from Adrian at Hatchett West.I made the choice to wait for the exact vehicle, trim, and color I wanted. It had to be built when I made that choice. It was done ahead of schedule, I blew Adrian up for the entire month or so that I waited. He answered everything I threw at him, was professional and friendly at the same time. The guy even remembered my birthday that was coming up AFTER the sale was finalized and texted me to wish me a happy birthday.I love my car, the buying experience was a 10 out 10, and 100% I feel like I made the right choice.This is the place to be if you want a new car and I will die on that hill.Sincerely, Christian with the 2023 White Elantra N-Line

Service guys were great to answer all of my questions. They were running quite a bit behind schedule, so they gave me my oil change for free!! The only issue I have is that they turn the headlights to OFF and don't turn them back to AUTO once they are done. Very minor, but I always end up driving without my lights on until I finally realize it

I had the absolute best experience at this dealership. The process was a bit long but they did what was best for me and I couldn’t appreciate the effort more! If there was 10 stars to offer they’d have all ten! Highly! Highly! Highly recommend!!

From start to finish this has been an amazing experience. We went in to look at 1 car, got shown the right car for us by Adrian. He listened to us for what we needed and wanted. He asked us if we'd like to view it or if we'd prefer to stick with our original plans. From start to finish we were treated like people and not just a sales target. We had choices and options and more importantly we were heard. He showed us he was listening and even told the financial officer Eric of our concerns who walked us through and reassured us they'd be there anytime we need them. After sales care has been fantastic as well. They asked me to come back in and help show more customizable features in the vehicle. During this time they found an issue with my software for the info sys. Amazingly they worked through it and after fixing the issue they drove 60+mi to drop my vehicle off and pick up the loaner they gave me. Thank you all so much. And a special Thank you to Adrian

Went in this morning to have a recall done, and the oil changed. They said that it would take 2 hours. Which was fine (I came from out of town, so was going to be waiting there anyways). When I called to make the appointment, was scheduled out for almost 3 weeks, was told because they didn't have the parts and they short staffed. There was no parts, because this recall was supposed to be the anti theft software. The car was ready in maybe an hour. They said that the software update took an hour , not sure how when they didn't even have it the hour. Plus the oil change. Everytime that I have had my oil changed they ALWAYS wash the car after any work done. They didn't bother to do that, you can see hand prints where they closed the hood. I now need to go wash it to get the prints off and what looks like might be oil from their hands . Very disappointed I. The service that I got there today. Not sure that I will go back there for any other services, except the recalls. Which since we have bought it brand new...there has been many!Yes, he did call. But he didn't say anything but sorry. It was a 2 minute conversation. In no way was it resolved. They probably lost a sale. We had been talking about getting a new car.

The team did a great job taking care of me as well as making me welcomed. My car was at the end of the 3/36 warranty and was a few miles over but they got me in and took care of me as a valued customer.

Will never do business with Hatchett ever again. Sister in law bought a car from them, something with the oil sending unit or oil pump went wrong ruined the engine. It's a Hyundai right off their lot and she still had to pay 1400$(she had a warranty thru her credit union). They didn't stand by their vehicle they sold her at all! Then it took almost a full month to get the work done. She was without her car the entire month of July. My family and I have bought several vehicles in Wichita over the years and will probably buy several more, we will not be doing business at Hatchett and will tell everyone we know about our experience.

This was one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to car shopping and service. Plus that warranty is amazing. Matt Watson was awesome one of the best salesmen I've worked with. He took care of me every step of the way. Communication was great even when I had a small issue he was there and took care of me. Also shout out to Kurt Bull for working the finance side he definitely went above and beyond to help us. If you want great service and honest car lot look no further.

Jason (salesmen) and Kurt (finance) have been very helpful, understanding, kind and patient. I have purchased two cars from them in the last year and plan to come back for my next one as well! My first car was totaled and they were a huge help during the entire process of my insurance claims and the purchase of my new car. I could not recommend this place more. Hatchet will take care of you!

First off, I really like the Hyundai Tucson that I purchased. BUT...I would sell it or trade it for something else in a heartbeat just so that I would not have to have any further dealings with this business.My salesman, John Olsen, did everything in his power to fix all of the mistakes made by the people processing paperwork. He was handcuffed by everyone above him. They put him in a very bad position.The buying process was great, John took good care of me. But once they had their money and the paperwork process started, it all went downhill. We had to make multiple trips to the dealership to get paperwork corrected. I provided my drivers license with correct information the day of the test drive. They had all of the paperwork for me to sign with an address that I had not been at for 10 years! They did not fill it out with the correct names. Once corrected on the sales contract, they made the same mistakes on the title. The first time that it came back, it sat on someones desk for a week. I had been asking where the title was but no one knew. It took four attempts and several weeks for the office to finally provide correct paperwork. The offered some financial compensation during the process, but once they finally got it correct, they withdrew that offer. A dealership has 60 days to provide the title. I would have had it in 30 days had they not filled it out incorrectly. This caused me to make extra trips to the DMV which is 50 miles round trip. Added to the 4-5 additional visits to the dealership at 40 miles round trip.I really have no faith that this business will ever be able make good on their mistakes or earn any level of respect from me.Good product, good salesman, subpar business dealings beyond that. The businss office that handles titles and contracts gets an F.Will not do any further business with this dealership.
