They have always been good about doing the best they could at taking care of the customer. They have gone above and beyond, especially since I didn't buy me hyundai from there.
The staff there is friendly and does their best to take care of the issues.

Car wasn’t ready after I drove almost three hours from another city to buy the car. I had to wait multiple hours for everything to be done because they had to fix an issue with one of the parts. During that time, my salesperson, Soledad, left in the middle of working with me on it, leaving me alone with questions and still looking for information about the car that I didn’t received until I got an email the next day from her. Eventually, after waiting for the car to get done, sitting alone at her desk, I received the keys from another worker and the car wasn’t even cleaned, vacuumed, or detailed like the original salesperson said it would be. I was so over the experience that I didn’t care to wait for them to do that though, so I took the car and left. Anyways, the car drives fine but it wasn’t exactly my most confident purchase. Overall, it was, unfortunately, not that pleasant of an experience. A few weeks later, I had mechanics at FOUR DIFFERENT PLACES tell me that they think this place sold it to me with $2000 worth of damage that resulted in a total of $7000 worth of damage to other parts total. They won’t help me pay for it.

Elizabeth is a rockstar!
We dropped off a 2023 Tesla Model 3 with a flat tire that we had towed in that evening. I texted Elizabeth later and asked if she could fit us in the next day. She said she would do her best, and sure enough, we had the vehicle back within a couple of hours.
We are very grateful for her time and effort. She has never let us down, and I doubt she ever will!
She is also kind enough to take care of my parents when they're in town with their Hyundai Santa Fe!
She's worth her weight in gold. Don't ever let her leave!

Soledad made buying a car easy and comfortable. She walked us through everything and was honest, which made the whole process fun and enjoyable. Yousef explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood what our options were. All the staff we talked to had a good sense of humor and were very helpful. Never bought a car from a dealership before, but it completely exceeded my expectations. Also we love our 2021 Ioniq! Thank you to all there that helped us.

Do not fall into the trap they call “Hatchett lifetime warranty”. Don’t be fooled, it says Hatchett warranty, but in reality it’s outsourced to a nationwide warranty company that has no specific obligation to this dealership. Service would not help start warranty work, because they are not affiliated.
They claim, “A engine consuming 1qt of oil per 1,000 miles is within limits.” Car manual states oil change interval is 6k miles. Quick math shows in half that interval your car will be bone dry and seized. Service has been zero help, calls their customers liars.
I don’t know where these 5 star reviews are coming from. Maybe if you just look at their sales team, sure they are nice. But when it comes to ownership of the car, good luck getting any help once the sale is final.
For my credentials, I have purchased 2 vehicles from this specific dealership in the last 5 years, and have been done wrong on both vehicles. Should have stepped away from this place on vehicle #1. There will not be a vehicle #3 from anyone hatchett affiliated, or Hyundai/Kia.
