Greeted person behind a desk. He asked if we'd been to the store before. We said no. He said look around and said a salesman will come around to answer questions. No prices listed and no salesman showed up. We left.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had floors installed and the installer did not do a good job.
They remove the trim to install but then when they put the trim back they didn't even hammer it and a lot of places so it's falling off.
There's a lot of damage to the floor there's chips and cracks. Nails coming out of the floor. And there's places where you can tell they didn't do a good job cutting because it doesn't even look correct.
I called him and asked him to fix his issues and they have not returned my calls anymore. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Harry Street Carpet is still the best "bang for your buck" in the metro area for carpet, LVP & tile installs. They have great installers and the sales staff is incredibly helpful!!!

Can't say enough. Purchased and installed carpet. Gorgeous. Found a manufacturer defect and let me tell you this place stands by their word. Guarantees (both Shaw's & Harry's and making sure their clients are satisfied. If you go see Kelly G. She is 10 out of 10, great communication, extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely be going back to see her when it's time for our next flooring project.

It has been 1 week since my new carpet was installed. Joel was the Harry Street Carpet contact that helped me through the process, nice guy and good people to do business with! This local business is easy to contact and communicate with, products are really nice, countertops, carpets, etc. My family rentals have used HSC for years! Purchasing experience to installation day, everything was great; the crew was efficient and reliable. Definitely recommend!
