This is a long review, but I ask that you take the time to read it and arm yourself with knowledge.Vehicle purchased: 2010 Chevy Equinox.They maliciously hid codes prior to our arrival. We had oxygen sensor codes pop up a few days after our purchase. These codes do not just happen randomly, they are indicative of a problem that has been happening for a while. Our problem wound up being that the engine had loose piston rings which burned oil and clogged the exhaust system which the O2 sensors were properly reporting. The fact these codes were not there when we arrived and popped up so soon after our purchase indicates they were purposefully cleared from the ECU prior to our arrival.Pictures below show the inside of the engine (2.4L Ecotec) I had the joy of discovering. I had to replace the timing chain due to stretching via lack of oil due to an oil burning issue that was hidden from us by clearing the ECU codes.Timing guide components, timing component bolts, and broken timing guide fragments lay strewn about the camshaft area. This could have caused a catastrophic failure at highway speeds. From the looks of things once I was inside, this timing chain had been running loose long before we got it. These pictures were taken only 200 miles after our original purpose.Note the knife edge on the worn timing guide and the fact that it isn't even bolted in. It was only the oil film holding it in place. You can see how bad the timing chain was by the shiny straight line where it was smacking the valve cover on the bottom.Long story short, these guys will absolutely rip you, your family, and their community off with a smile.

We purchased a Nissan Pathfinder recently. Our Salesman was fantastic.! The deal we made on the car was Excellent and better than any place else in Wichita. Believe me I know. We had been looking for 3 months. The car is perfect it looks great and drives like a dream. Love It! Our transaction was fast and accurate. The Absolute Best Vehicle purchase and follow through by a dealership in our lifetime. I would give then over 50 stars ? Best Car Buying Experience in 45 years.

my husband & i have been looking for a bigger vehicle for us & our two kids and haven’t really seen anything that just screamed “us”. on wednesday (7/5), he decided to go and check out Hanks and test drive the 04 tahoe and a suburban. he called me early afternoon and told me i needed to test drive it and i’m glad he did because i loved it right away. mike was so great and HONEST about everything! i will recommend Hanks to anyone. thank you mike!!

I would put a zero. But can't. The car lot sold a 07 Malibu to me and my fiance. Lied about about body bushings be bad car has no body bushings. Took to have an inspection done there is about another four grand to make it safe to drive. Paid 5300 for it fyi I'm family to the owners if they will treat me like this I am afraid to think about how they treat the public

Beware for this dealer!! We thought everything was okay at first but soon realized that they had a different price online than they show in lot! We still bought the car cause we had just had a baby and needed the space, BIG MISTAKE!! I barely got to start driving it before my boyfriend had to start working on it! The timing chain was about to break and we asked if there were any problems and they said no! Definitely a 0/10 recommendation!

We bought a 1999 Chevy Tahoe that ended up needing a transmission rebuilt. We drove it home it drove just fine not even a day later you could only put it in first and then you would have to put it in drive after you took off in first. If you start it off and drive like normal it will end up spinning the tires and you have to push down on the gas very hard in order for it to go. he told us there was nothing wrong with it and when we asked him If he would take a little bit less than $2500 he told us no that he could get more off of it at auction and now we are having to pay $3100 in order to get it fixed and be able to drive it
