A colleague of mine referred us to Handy Mailing not long ago. And it has been a complete nightmare! Their communication is terrible. And as I review the emails I am copied on, I can see that no one at this firm cares about their clients. Every email from them is short and carries no effort. They don't care if you use their services or not, and will tell you that in no uncertain terms. Their printing costs are "through the roof." Literally. I had heard good things up until witnessing what we just went through. I will be sharing this with others and on other review platforms in hopes that something changes in the future.

Horrible experience! This letter shop is extremely overpriced and refuse to price match other reputable companies. Furthermore, getting a quote from them is one of the most frustrating things you'll ever go through.I had to go back and forth with Julie Stull about pricing. And she showed how their company clearly didn't want our business and couldn't care less if we were dissatisfied with their customer service. She sent an email to Cassie Stuber about our quote while she was out of the office, and Cassie never even replied to the email!Worst of all, we NEVER got a quote! Each email was an excuse or justification about why their printing prices were so high.Julie FINALLY emailed and clearly told me she could price match all but the lowest quantity, but then when I confirmed the pricing, she changed it again and claimed, "I had not figured that per each on the print correctly."HUH????Handy Mailing and its employees has to be the most incompetent letter shop in the world. They just don't care and don't even try. It's ALL about profits, excuses, and being hugely overpriced.Beware!

Absolutely wonderful! I run direct mail campaigns through Handy Mailing Service. Their customer service is great! They gladly help me on any campaign. Their rates are fair. They don't surprise you with hidden fees. They respond quickly to make sure your campaign gets out when you need it to. Even the quality of their print job is beyond great compared to any of the other services I have used in the past. Highly recommended!
