I scheduled a massage and a facial for the first time at a business like this.Everybody was friendly and welcoming.The masseuse and esthetician were great.I did a massage and added hot stones.When I've had stones before theyve been added and still do massage with their hands. Half of the massage was with the stones. So it was relaxing but not what I'm used to and felt like it took away from actually getting a massage.Also I was called back late and by the time the massage started it was 409 after the hour. And the masseuse stopped at 455. So your paying for an hour massage and not actually getting a full hour.It was still a relaxing experience which is what I was after.

I have been getting massages from Hand and stone for a couple years now. I've had issues here and there with massages being shortened (about 40 min) because of they run behind sometimes. I have also shown up for my appointment I had scheduled with a massage therapist and was put with someone different because the other therapist was fired or quit. I wasn't told ahead of time or asked who I wanted to be put with so a couple times the massages were not very good.The last time I went was my biggest issue. I checked in and the woman at the front desk told me about some notes in the system about a deep tissue massage. I told her I didn't want deep tissue. I'm on a fixed budget and can't afford to deflect from that. The manager was standing right there and I also told her I didn't want deep tissue. When I went to pay for my massage I was told I'd be charged extra for a deep tissue because the masseuse said she did deep tissue which wasn't the case. I've had deep tissue before and I'd say she did a firm pressure but definitely not deep tissue. They charged me an extra $30 because of that. I've paid for deep tissue before in it was an extra $10 so I was pretty surprised when they said they would be charging me $30.The skincare products they carry are a hit and miss. I bought skin care set from them. The brand was Clarity and it was garbage.I am upset because I specifically let them know I didn't want deep tissue and now I am out $30 because they decided they would do as they pleased.After my gift cards are gone I will be going back to massage envy. I have never once had a problem with anything there.

Allyson at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful! Kelly was my massage therapist and she did an AMAZING job! Cannot wait to go back next time. Incredible experience.

I received a message here for the first time. It most definitely helped with aching neck and back. It wasn't the best I've received but it was good. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. They provide a number of different services. I would recommend this business for message.

There are many massage places much closer to me, but hand & stone is just the best and worth the drive. Never had a bad experience here. The front desk is friendly and helpful, and the evening and weekend hours work so great for people with busy schedules.

Shala was extremely skilled in relieving muscle pain and tension knots: as well as being so kind and friendly. Kacy also so friendly and the 2st time facial was 100% the best . I will highly recommend both of these ladies .

I went here for a special and ended up paying way more then advertised price! They were good but just know if the special says $70 your gonna pay over $100

Front desk associates are the kindest people ever, great customer service. Owners are very friendly and the massage was AMAZING 10/10!! I definitely recommend:)

DO NOT USE!!!! Horrible customer service!!! We booked a couples massage from here and when you book they tell you that you will be charged still if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time. They then called and cancelled my appointment 1 hour before and then didn't offer ANYTHING in return!!!! We had already left and started driving there as we were 2 hours away that morning!

Be careful with this company as they will charge you for cancelling anytime within 24 hours of your appointment but will cancel on you 60 min from your appointment with nothing offered in return When we were already 30 min into the drive to go here! Go elsewhere, much better companies in Wichita

Clarissa does the most professional, therapeutic massage I have ever had. I have chronic neck and shoulder issues which often lead to muscle spasms, pain and headaches. Clarissa magically works out the knots; I have entered her space with a 3 day headache which is gone by the time I leave! Magic, I tell you!
