Gayle Adkins must be an agent with this office she does not have her own Yelp listing. She may be a great agent for a buyer but you need to beware if she is the buyers agent and you are the seller. I was selling my property myself without an agent. When her buyer was buying my property she took it upon herself to charge me 1% of the sale. The same as she charged her customer. I was not asked if that was acceptable to me the charge was on the contract when we met to sign it. She did not have a contract with me she wasn't even representing me. In fact I received my info about closing through the buyer. I was too timid and did not respond immediately as I was caught off guard. When I did confront her about why I was being charged same as her customer she said I should have been aware of it. So basically. "Too bad so sad". Pay up lady. I don't care for sneaky people who take advantage of unsuspecting peopl
