I went to goodwill yesterday and got 4 pairs of off brand shoes and one pair of pants and my bill was 44 dollars. For those prices I can ship at Ross and TJ max and the items are new and usually a name brand. I have shipped goodwill for 20 years. They have raised their prices to almost dbl from 3 years ago. I will never shop at another goodwill again!! I have also made sure nobody in my entire family patronize another goodwill again. They have lost their minds.

Waited in line for close to 15 minutes while the one cashier promoted the goodwill discount card to the six customers in front of me… two separate people walked up to the one cashier to page someone to unlock the restroom. I had my fingers crossed that while on the pa she would have called for a back up cashier…

They changed their 10% dontaion coupon to a QR code which is silly and inconvenient, I'd recommend donating to other local thrift shops anyway. They will probably sell thier donated goods for a more reasonable price. I've literally seen dollar tree items marked between $2-$5 at this goodwill.

Prices are getting a little crazy.. old , dirty stained etc items at the price of almost new items is not a good deal. As I walked through the furniture I was thinking most people would not be able to afford the prices.Also please stop raising the prices just because of brand. A worn 6 year old Nike shirt is not worth more than the rest of the tshirts. Ross and tj Maxx usually have them for $6.99 and up. People shop Goodwill to save money..Used to be fun to go score deals now it's kinda depressing..

A salesperson named Rhonda was a bit rude and refused to let me look at one of the racks. I thought that was strange. Upon reading other reviews, I can tell this isn't the first time Rhonda has kept people from viewing clothes while she is stocking.Overall, it was a decent experience. Had some really great finds. Great selection of clothing at this location and good condition.

They advertise that all blue tags are 50% off and all the tags on the furniture are blue tags. However they refuse to give you 50% off of the blue tags in the back that is false advertising. I would not have had a problem if they would’ve had a sign that says blue tags do not count on furniture however, they did not have that so I asked for a manager and she treated me like I was stupid.

This used to be my favorite location but I am not sure if they change management or what exactly is going on but it’s going from bad to worse the shelves are empty there’s nothing and the only things that are there their way over priced What’s going on?

I have been coming to this location for years. I love shopping for kids clothes here. While shopping today, an employee was completely blocking the racks with children’s clothing while restocking. I went to the other side. She would move my cart and stand in front of me to restock. This continued to happen until she shoves my cart and tells me not to touch the racks. I’m sorry, since when am I not allowed to shop while you are restocking? It has NEVER been an issue. Actually, the employees beforehand would politely move out of my way so I could continue to shop.Extremely rude employee. Very disappointed with todays visit.
