I have been with the Gerald Amato Agency of American Family Insurance for years and have never had any issues. Gerald is quick to address any issues one might have. I will say that if you want to talk to someone local then you will want to choose option 4. I would recommand Gerald's agency to anyone.

Gearald and his team are the very best! When my vehicle was stolen in april 2018, Gerald kept in daily contact with us and aided in recovering my vehicle. When it was found 72hrs later it was close to a total. But, Gerald went to bat for us and got my car back to brand new condition. If you are looking for an agent that treats you as their top proiority and cares. Gerald and his team are the best! I cant say that enough! thank you for all you guys do!

I was in a car accident luckily we both have American Family Insurance, my car was taken care of in two days!! I’m a working mom with a new little boy so have fast and friendly service is very important to me, as is to everyone else.Gerald Amato is friendly and family orientated. He stayed late one night just to make sure I was taken care of! <3 Thank you so much for caring about my family it means the world.I’d recommend this agency/family to all my friends and family. My mom actually just switched over. :)
