Wrong sizes for everyone in the wedding party and at least two of us were double billed and one was triple billed. You suck.

First time customer of Gentry Ltd.It took a couple rounds of alterations but Rick made sure I got a suit that was tailored to my exacting specifications. I also enjoyed talking with him about watches, fragrances, and sartorial matters in general.Parker was my first point of contact when I initially came in and helped me with pictures of the final product.If you can afford to spend more on a suit in addition to supporting a locally owned business, I would recommend walking into Gentry, getting a glass of Scotch, and seeing what they have to offer over the Mall and other big retailers.

The staff at Gentry are absolutely professional. I had no idea what I wanted or needed and the gentleman took no time at all to measure and recommend a spectator suit. I couldn’t be more happier with the results of the fit and all the compliments from the military ball. If you’re wanting to look sharp and feel good about what you’re wearing, you need look no where else. Highly recommend. Thank you Gentry! I will be back.

Excellent customer service. Reasonably priced suits with great quality. Loved there new system for custom shirts and pants. Also, the selection of clothing items was second to none.
