Absolutely worst Pharmacy experience I've ever had with any Pharmacy they continue to not fill my Bubble Packets with meds continually and want to focus blame off of themselves because they have a filling service for their Bubble Med Packets, they have to not be letting this filling agency know in adequate time so I get them at the right time whenever I need them then the Pharmacy Tech was like oh there's nothing we can do for you you won't have meds after you run out and it takes me cussing them out for them to decide to drive them to me if I could give 0 stars I would or minus stars

I have never had a pharmacy go above and beyond like Genoa! I wish my memory was better so I could name names! The pharmacist and his assistants are always attentive and helpful. They will go as far as sending you to another pharmacy if u have known financial issues. The Customer is first! I give them all the buisness I can. Few people do buisness like this anymore. Don't miss out!

They have been great with my daughter's rx, and the delivery is super convenient for working moms. I've never had an issue at all.

Horrible Pharmacy. I called days ago for my refill. Heath the site director told me he put in a refill request for my benzodiapine on the 27th of this month. I called today the 29th to ask for my medication to be delivered in the am because I am out and having bad anxiety. Heath told me he didn't have the refill order yet from the doctor. I called the nurse she asked me where I wanted script sent I informed her Genoa. She told me ok and we hung up. I called Genoa 15 minutes later to tell them the nurse sent over the script, Heath said no they didn't and he would go talk to her. He then called me about 20 minutes later and told me to pick a different pharmacy to get my meds filled at because I am fired. He also proceeded to call me a liar not once but 4 times over the phone and antaganized me to act big and bad these are words from his mouth. I recorded the whole conversations as I do all my conversations. He should not be allowed to work customer service, much less at a pharmacy for patients with Psychiatric needs. My nurse informed me that he in fact lied to me and that my psychiatrist was never sent a refill request on the 27th as Heath had told me he did. A sure way to die is withdrawals from benzodiazapines. I feel this pharmacy especially Heath put my health, safety and mental care in jeopardy today. I have contacted their corporate office and submitted a formal complaint.

Wait time is longer than going to the main hospital. When checking in, the staff was very short and rude. Given three stars only because the doctor had good bedside manners.

Since I have been going to this pharmacy, I have never once received a bill. And when I call to find out why, the only response I get is "the bills go out automatically, so I don't know why you're not receiving it." And now I'm being penalized for not paying a balance I was never informed of. You'd figure if they really cared about being paid, they would be trying to figure out why my bill is not going out.

My experience with them sadly hasn't been all that positive. No communication whatsoever. It's been 3 days since meds were called into your pharmacy. Zero communication, have no clue when they will be mailed. Don't like the idea that a script I needed I was fighting for over a month.. they kept saying sorry waiting to hear from insurance. My provider was like r u kidding me!!?? I said unfortunately not. They failed to tell me that despite waiting for a prior authorization that I could pay 9.00 for the script. I'm far from a happy customer. The only reason I use this pharmacy is bc it's the providers preferred pharmacy, but nowhere near my house.

My name is Ed. I want to say that since the 3rd of September until today the 8 of September I had a major misunderstanding with Heath the pharmacist , I said things that were off color and after speaking with my doctor's nurse today I messed up ! and on the third I should have Called my dr and he would have fixed it . The problem was the holiday weekend passed and I was upset that I received the wrong quantity of meds, I always get 90 meds and received 56 so yes I was upset but what I learned was to call the Doctor and not the pharmacy so They can fix these issues . Thank you guys and to heath- accept my apologies, it's the right thing to do, not because I'm saying it's right but because man to man I'm extending my hand as a gesture of no harm meant, God bless- the cavanaugh'
