I’ve always found the staff at Fleet Feet to be exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. While the fitting process may take a little extra time, I never feel rushed, and I always leave knowing my shoe needs are fully taken care of. Recently, I had to return a pair of shoes due to an issue, and it was the easiest and smoothest return I’ve ever experienced. Fleet Feet is my go-to for all my shoe needs!

I've been going to Fleet Feet Wichita East for years. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I've never had to wait. They have a great selection. 10/10 for running shoes!

We had a great experience at Fleet Feet East!! My husband and I have big feet but they had lots of sizes and widths in stock to try on. Our sales person, Emma, was amazing and didn’t pressure us at all. We both wore our new shoes out of the store and can hardly take them off!! I didn’t know shoes could feel this good. We are walker, not runners, and this was a perfect place for us! I would highly recommend this store!!

Went in store to for walking shoes for my mother. We were immediately greeted by a kind young lady who turned out to be a spanish speaker. She made my mom feel comfortable and was very patient and thorough. Very happy with our experience.

I went into Fleet Feet today and was helped by Ben who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have a trip to six flags this weekend and a trip to New York next month and wanted something that I could walk in all day without discomfort, Nick helped me figure out my foot prifioe and got me set up with some new shoes and inserts.
10/10 experience
